I LOVE how Alex says "Go get our girl" to J'onn as well as the way J'onn says "I've got you" because it shows how much J'onn is a surrogate dad who the girls love and how he will do anything to protect his girls!!!

David Wallerstein there may have been a small deceleration period where he was able to act as a buffer of sorts. It may have been able to slightly slow the impact? But yeah ahaha it looked pretty rough especially with the point of impact only being his arms on her back

Isn't Red Daughter also be greatly affected by this? They never mentioned if she's like Reign, and immune to certain situations with Kryptonite, and I'm sure the Dark Witches are still around, they never said if they were killed, just them being cuffed.

I wish she developed some type of resistance or immunity to Kryptonite as time goes by. Like, after all the instances of encountering it, her alien body hasn't developed SOME kind of immunity to it? Like, damn, girl. 4 seasons in and she still gets taken down easily by Kryptonite.

The actors seem more tired than anything, especially Alex, but I think the kryptonite atmosphere was a clever plot device.

Wait a go J'onh u saved supergirl from falling. I hope suoergirl recovers soon and supergirl gets back on track when she's awake. When supergirl was falling I was just oh my gosh who's going to save supergirl. And then at the end of suoergirl season 4 ep 3 when Lena put the krypton suit on suoergirl I was just like wow supergirl looks so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so different then usual.
