The chord progression reminds me a LOT of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers' "Learning To Fly". I don't know if they use the same chord progression in actuality and I'm not saying "I Had Some Help" shamelessly plagiarizes "Learning To Fly" or anything. Just a takeaway I had when I listened to this for the first time was all. It's unquestionably an instant earworm.
