This is really interesting! I feel like the types with the most striking features are TR and SD because of the yang/yin undercurrents really exaggerating their other features. I noticed that despite a lot of the TR's you pictured having round eyes, lush lips, and fleshier faces - their overall visual impression is still very yang - in the sense that they come across as regal, intimidating, and slightly dangerous - even when comparing them to some of the types with more yang in their mix.

TR's totally have an intense aura about them. Like a delicate but deadly carnivorous flower hehe.

In regards of dramatic classics and flamboyant gamines having a lot of similarities, yes I noticed that too! Both look good in added sharp details. I also see similarities in facial features, like that diamond shape you mentioned with FG but DC look a bit more mature. Its like DC are the big sisters of FG 😅

Your DC/FG comparison is dead on. You see it in Phylicia Rashad and her sister Debbie Allen.

Right?? Such a beautiful kind of inverse pattern with those two 😍😍 thanks for listening 💕

That's a good distinction between romantics and soft gamine .SG is more like the true hour glass shape
Like you said my observations are not really techincal or perhaps even accurate it's my intuitive leanings and some observations so maybe it's with a grain of salt.
Dramatic Classics seems like it could be one of the most common or the most common type .I see it in real life daily or on televison .
Soft Classic seems like a go to type when people are struggling to figure out their type. They don't think they have the traits of other types or they think it just fits overall. I also think a true Soft Classic might see a lot of types in themselves. To a lesser degree I think Soft Natural is like that too.
The type that seems most obivious to is Flaymboyant Natural but sometimes I get confussed and identified ones seem like they could be SN or SD but I think I am getting better at it.
Flamboyant Gamine seems like there is more variation with the overall look and features
Soft Dramatic is the most destinctive type and they can carry off looks no other type could
Dramatics are easy like with Tilda Swinton but some like Maggie Smith I have confussion with DC
Theatrical Romantic looks like the one that always plays a certin type in a movie the one you don't want to cross!

So many good points! SC is definitely the "catch all" ID for when people don't find something not moderate about them...since the Kibbe idea of moderation is so different than the colloquial version.
FG definitely has so much variety, and I see so much with SN's as well.
I would definitely not want to be the TR's enemy in a film either 😂
