Thank you, good sir! I scratched my sharp looking remote trying to open the whole thing up to no success just now before I watched your video. It worked with the reset along with tv (unplug tv for 60 seconds) hack. I didn’t need to watch past 3:55 into your fix. Thanks much!!!

I have unusual problem, couldn't google it out for three straight days. after god knows how many articles read, i found out that my remote IR sensor is on all the time and it drains my battery in like 5 days. i even opened the whole remote and put batteries just on the plate with buttons (sorry for non tech language) and IR is still always on. does anybody know a solution or should i just buy a new one?
