if x=max/min then X at i+1 = Xi + f`(xi) or X at i+1 = Xi + αf`(xi)

if f(x) is at max/min, then what is f'(x)? E.g check when x=0.0, and f(x) is at maximum value, then what is the slope in the bottom plot at ruclips.net/video/RQAnrM_aV6s/видео.html
