    lmao. So if a survivor does nothing but open exit gate and escapes cause 3 survivors did all the gens and loop the killer and those 3 somehow all die they lose but the one that did nothing wins? lmao.
    A killer hooks 4 people twice each for 8 hooks will lose but if I kill 1 survivor with 1 hook cause I face camped I win against that survivor?

    This system feels lazy and completely unintuitive. Not at all what one would expect from a game with so many intricacies and mechanics that could be measured up in a fantastic skill based system. This feels like a massive missed opportunity at something truly remarkable. It's a shame.

    Why isn't it just: mmr points for gold or better medals and lose mmr points for silver or worse medals..? So if you get 1 iri, 1 gold and 2 silver you would get slight increase in mmr. Out of all things why is it this simple?

    I feel like a win is just if you reach at least your safety pip which does get harder the higher your rank.

    Imagine if u wanna have a good MMR (like me) cuz i dont wanna play with beginners or Bad players(Better Game Experience, more fun for Competitive players).U just play together in SoloQ till the gens are repaired , and then... I dont care about other players .. u are on a Hook , i dont care about the few BP that i get ... i dont wanna get punished for doing risky plays and having a Cool endgame when the system tells me ; i suck when i Die after doing all the great work and good plays. then the problems with SWF balancing , many Killers are not that strong as many casual players think.. if u die often solo but you are a good player and then u play swf in a good team and u doesnt die , this Design doesnt work at all...
    IMO im disapointed about this MMR Design ... its more like a lazy feature ... no wonder that many people still hate noet

    i agree with his statement that it doesn't matter if you ran the killer because at the end of the day you didn't escape but the thing is that the people who do escape most of the time they do nothing but be shitty teammates hiding in lockers and doing gens somewhere not unhooking anybody or most the time NOT EVEN DOING GENS and thats where the problems at because hes making it seem like you are better at the end of the day if you just do generators for 8 minutes so MY solution is to give a lot of points to survivors that escape but if they dont do anything for the team then survivors that ran the killer for 5 gens and unhooked multiple times then processed to get face camped then they should get more points then a survivor that escaped

    This is a self-fulfilling prophecy based on how devs and players perceive “winning” in different ways.
    The devs assign kills and escapes as the only win condition. So, “when you fail to escape/kill, we will demote you to a lower tier so you will be able to escape/kill.”
    But the players are saying, “engaging games where I accomplish many things count as a win, even if I die in the end. I want my skill rating to reflect ALL the ways I engaged with the Trial.”
    It sounds like the Devs are collapsing the entire experience down to the escape/kill event, while the players consider the ENTIRE Trial to be the event.
    Confidentially, the DBD player community reinforces this escape/kill paradigm by echoing the sentiment that “0-1 kills is a Survivor win, 2 kills is a draw, and 3-4 kills is a Killer win.” So perhaps the Devs truly do have a more accurate perception and the players are either unaware or not honest about their true feelings…
    Why not just use Bloodpoints as the assessment for MMR adjustment? The BP system appears comprehensive and addresses every aspect of the game. I’ve escaped trials (“won”) and had the lowest BP score because I did gens all game and stayed away from the killer, didn’t rescue, etc.

    Gotta love the people that still bitch and moan then play the game. Just stop playing it, theyll fix it then with a dbd2 or just let the game you used to love die. They clearly dont give a shit about "fixing" it to your needs, their upsates and q&a shows this.
