Was in singapore 10 years back with my mom and grandma and we bumped into chef wan at our hotel lobby. Both my mom and grandma were being real fan girls and were having a chat with him. He was absolutely kind and made time to chit chat and even sat down for a conversation asking them how they were. He's such a genuine person and actually truly cares about the people he's speaks with. Will never forget that moment

My dad shared the same upbringing like him. Anak sulung yg membesar dgn cara yg susah. Sekolah, jual kuih then balik kena masak utk adik2 nya. N because of that, I was taught the hard way to grow. Even though my dad made it, he didn't pampered me with money. I started early caused my dad used to say "u nk duit, u pergi kerja. I don't work n earn only for u"..N that motivate me to keep going without knowing the meaning of failure....

kalau Chef Wan jadi candidate for any election. He'll win a big majority.
i want this to be reality just like everyone here. To have credible ministers with good background. But guess what? Stupid people are aplenty. Just make news that say your race is being displaced, your religion is being disgraced and suddenly Chef Wan loose 50% votes. Just with a snap of the gauntlet. This is the reality of Malaysia. Remember he has mixed parentage. Some dumb ass person will make that a subject of him not being a true Malay. And those simple minded people will accept that!!!
