- Britney Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, reacts to Wednesday’s court ruling, which suspended Jamie Spears as his daughter’s conservator. Speaking to the media outside the Los Angeles County Courthouse, the attorney says the support of the ‘Free Britney’ movement has been instrumental during the ongoing legal battle. Rosengart has been representing Spears since July, after the singer was granted permission to hire an attorney of her own choosing. Rosengart is a prominent Hollywood lawyer and former federal prosecutor.

That’s her old wardrobe stylist from the first day back in 1999. She said in her speech that day that she left because it was very dark and toxic. That Britney was the most sweet and talented person ever. That her father was never around, ever, and when he was it was very dark and the energy was awful.

He was court appointed and wasn’t making anything! It’s not Sam Inghams fault. The purposely gave same her case because he has no knowledge of conservatorships. He did the best he could.

If for nothing else placing a recording/listening device in one’s bedroom without their knowledge is sick and twisted. Cheers for this nightmare bringing change to conservator rules and practices, this was bullying to the extreme. This poor young lady has lost millions of hard earned dollars, lost dignity and the right to be treated as an adult due to the powers that be restricting every move. I'm so happy she finally has a true advocate that is fighting for her rights. Not continuing the control over her and her person's. It was a team effort. IMO, the judge allowed her to select a new lawyer because of the Free Britney movement. It's true though that Mr. Rosengart was absolutely amazing and cared about her.

It's not just her father that needs to be jailed. Everyone who was complicit in this corruption needs to be punished!
