Not everyone follows that advice tho….there are men who are 50 years old and still not fit to be married. Intention is the most important thing especially to please Allah
Some sheiks advice if you cannot support your wife and make a living that you should hold of marriage for the time being and finish your studies or find a job first

﴿وَأَنكِحُوا الأَيامى مِنكُم وَالصّالِحينَ مِن عِبادِكُم وَإِمائِكُم إِن يَكونوا فُقَراءَ يُغنِهِمُ اللَّهُ مِن فَضلِهِ وَاللَّهُ واسِعٌ عَليمٌ﴾ [An-Nūr: 32]
