For me, that phrase means something very similar. It means God knows what’s ahead even when we don’t, and that’s why we are called to trust Him. I shared in a vid a couple weeks ago that we as people are often nearsighted, but God sees FAR ahead, so everything we experience or that He allows us to go through will be “for such a time as this.” There’s a reason & a purpose 🙌🏾

I have found your channel when I was going through some tough times, being in a state without family and needed some push and encouragement and here I came up on your channel especially with you moving back from Korea (My 1st Encounter On This Channel)and then u traveling all over which I did enjoyed these vlogs as I myself love to learn about new places and their cultures....been ere from then...never left (Over 6+years)...Always enjoy ur times with you visiting your family also back in Florida..the Joy you all shared among each other is priceless and your sweet and humble self is amazing 👏🏽 Thank You for your continuous love, teachings and humility...I appreciate you🙌💯💯💃🏾💃🏾📖🙏🏾💪🏿
What stood out to me the most was that relief and deliverance would come with or without Esther. God calls us to missions and places and people to assist with his plan but he doesn’t need us he can make it happen any type of way. If we don’t walk in obedience with our calling he’ll get it done regardless, and when mordecai told her she won’t be saved by being in the kings palace it’s a wake up call. We can’t be disobedient and think we’ll glide by, or think the cup will pass us when we’re not sensitive to God’s instructions.
If I perish I perish! Like this is so defining! It reminds of when the 3 Hebrew boys said even if God doesn’t save them from the fire they won’t bow down to the king. To do what God has placed for you to do even if you don’t know the outcome, to have the faith and being obedient is so profound!

I feel like verse 14. Just makes you have reassurance to not lean on your own understanding, but just remembering that God puts us in places and makes us go through stuff even though we can’t see what’s going on we have to have faith and give all our worries to him to know that everything will be all right in Jesus name❤

I was reading the book of Esther just couple days ago and something that kept standing out to me is the fact that Hattach kept the conversation confidential. He could’ve went to Haman and told him Esther is a Jew and things could’ve went differently, so just as God used Esther and Mordecai, he used Hattach in a big way too.

I have been loving your channel and I have learnt so much about interpreting the Bible, relating and reflecting the word unto my life and new stories from the Bible.
I found your chanel when I was a baby christian this summer. I am 12 and I grew up christian but I was luke warm and I found God I am building closer with him. I dont like other devosinials but your's is engaging and I love your whole astechic. God bless all of you❤
Esther 4:14, Everything that we go through is preparing us for what God has for us. Nothing is wasted. Even the bad experiences prepares us for a such a time that is to come. It is those times we have to trust God that what we has for us is not to harm us. It is for our good. What we go through we grow through. Blessings, Melody!
I found this beautiful channel this year in January when I decided that my relationship with Jesus needed to grow. I lost my Mom last year and she used to share Jesus with me my whole life. Today I’m closer to God than I’ve ever been. I’ve had to depend on him for the smallest of things. I thank God for your channel. I came across your RUclips channel a little over a year ago (late-August/early-September 2022)! I was in search of encouraging, faith-based YT videos that I could watch weekly to hold myself accountable in my walk with Christ. Your YT and IG channels have been SO AMAZING and truly helped me navigate through some of life's most trying seasons. You are such a light! -- "For such a time as this" to me cross references to Hebrews 12:2. It means, sis, you are walking in an answered prayer right now -- we have to have the same faith in Jesus, the only one with the master plan, regardless of what things may look or seem like -- we must keep our eyes fixed on Jesus!
I found your channel last year after losing my grandma during the my senior year of college. At the time of her passing I was faced with almost being homelessness with my brother and son to take of ( my grandmother was the sole provider while I worked on completing school ) My faith in God was tested ! However "mYour channel has been a source of solace and inspiration during the most challenging time of my life. Your content helped me find moments of joy and positivity amidst the grief. I have been in a pretty dark place the last two years. I left an abusive marriage and have had to completely restart with my two beautiful boys. But in August, I surrendered it all to God and rededicated my life to Him. I love how Mordeci reminds Esther in verses 13-14 that she is also a Jew and that just because she is in the King’s house she won’t be able to escape. It was like a dose of reality. Then for him to follow it up with telling her that she was likely placed in such a position of power for such a time as this. I imagine that when Esther was told this she knew it was GO TIME! She didn’t continue to doubt but sent back clear instructions on what to do and she was ready for whatever the outcome would have been. It’s also a reminder that God doesn’t put more on us than we can bear. Everything happens for a reason.

This was another gem. I know anytime I see a new video from Melody, it’s going to bless me in ways unimaginable because you are truly His servant. “For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” We don’t know how our actions are connected to someone else’s destiny.

I’m a newbie, i was looking for someone who was bubbly and interesting that help me understand the Bible and study time.
How I came about this channel... I had a neighbor who would always walk me through my new walk with God (after my divorce). I realize now, I relied on her too much for my salvation. I called her constantly at always requested for her to help me with this and that regarding my faith. She became a crutch. God had to intervene and remove her so that I would walk on MYNOWN STRENGTH! She moved to Colorado! I then was forced to have to do this on my own, and I DID IT. Looking through the channels I came across your smile and a caption that grabbed my attention. I click on it and was immediately overcome by the feeling of sisterhood. I also share channel with my colleague at work. Now I do my Bible study and my walk on my own spiritual strength and on Monday's I learn the word with my friend.
Esther 3:14 means to me that no matter if we move; God will move. BUT why not be be obedient to His calling. I need to let the Lord use me and trust His will. I found you a couple months ago. I’ve been hungry to get more into His word and I found Kaci’s RUclips. And then one of your videos popped up on my home page saying “Kaci’s viewers also watch this channel”. And here I’ve been. It’s been edifying! Congratulations and God continue blessing you for His glory💞

Good evening. It’s been maybe a month or so. I found your channel when I typed in Bible study and how to study the Bible. It was perfect timing, as such a time as this in my life.
Mordecai encouraged Esther to step out in faith by telling her what will happen if she decides not to help the Jews. It is interesting to me how initially Esther reacted in fear then she exercised faith and seek God to face the king.

I found your channel in my feed while watching another channel. I actually keep seeing Esther 4:14 come up. Seeing this has me opening my eyes and paying attention to what God is trying to show me.
I came across your channel while searching for some helpful sermons & encouraging words. I honestly skipped them for about a week or two because of the titles…we’re hitting too close to home. Lol!! I finally watched one & I am so Thankful that God has used you in this short period of time to get my attention. I’m in my season of isolation & I just surrendered to God’s will. It’s time. 💕✨🎉
Our Lord does everything for a reason. Perhaps he knew Esther was the one who could help her people out of that deadly trap, yet she still needed to be reminded to trust God, to not rely on the rules of this world, to not fear, to not rely on her own understanding and perception of herself and to be confident in the fact that God is the only one who qualifies us for a mission he has for us. The lord can use all of us for his glory no matter our background, our current situation, our doubts and failures. And more importantly if we refuse the mission he will find some else to do it and we will just loose his favor for a moment of doubt. Congratulations on 331K and thank you for this Bible study. I found your channel around this time last year! I had prayed about how I felt like I didn’t have anyone who I could go to for guidance on my walk with Christ after my grandma passed. I randomly got on RUclips later that day and found your video on God using out trials to bring us closer to him. Hi Melody! I too am a newbie! I would say a few months ago now. As I continue to grow and heal through a season of loss and grief, months ago I simply hungered for the word of God. Through uncertainty and an unfulfilling season I choose to trust God and find direction and purpose in His word. That said, your love for the word of God is evident and draws a soul that hungers for righteousness.
It is calming ,convicting, encouraging and inspiring to study with you as well as simply listen to your faith based post every Monday. I found your channel when you posted your testimony! It was so profound and truly showed the power of God. I believe” for such a time as this” means that the God gave Esther the gist of beauty and influence and used his servant Mordeci to remind her that to trust him and that’s he destined in that moment to reveal his Glory. Though death was the option God used her to soften the King’s heart and save His people.

I watched you for the first time on July 1st. I went back in my journal and that day I wrote what I wanted to see happen in my life for the second half of the year. At the same time I also expressed feeling the farthest from God I have ever felt in my life. Your videos have helped so much. I don’t feel as much pressure or impatience as I usually feel. I’ve gotten into my word more and even asked my mom for a really pretty Bible for my 27th birthday earlier this month. I made the intention to tithe and have done so for a couple of months now after arguing with my dad about it several times before for suggesting it to me, knowing I’m not confident in my finances yet. I located this channel a month ago and found it resourceful and helpful. I like how you break down the scriptures and help us apply them daily. I like the SOAP method. It truly allows us to delve into the scriptures. You are very welcoming and encouraging, which is refreshing. I like your approach to encouraging us to read and study the bible and apply it to our lives. It seems as if we are friends but never met. About a year and a half ago I felt like God was breaking me to bring him to him once and for all. I always go on RUclips to watch reality tv clips but I ran into your video and I have been following and watching since. I feel like it has been helping me because I’m new to this level of surrender and commitment to God. For so long I fought through life on my own because I believed in a God I wasn’t very fond of and was convinced didn’t like me much either. Your channel has been such a blessing to me on my journey. I believe the last part of verse 14 really highlights that we all have a purpose for our existence not just any purpose but a divine purpose.
I was blessed to find your channel when I was really focusing on rebuilding my relationship with God. As a child I was raised in Church and as a little girl I had a fire for Jesus. As I got older and moved out on my own I became lukewarm and I really had lost my way. I went through a few traumatic life experiences that brought me back to God. One day after a bible study group discussion I logged in to RUclips and found your video on Holy Habits it really helped me and I have been watching your channel ever since.

I was scrolling on RUclips and I came across your channel and I clicked on your channel and started to watch. I found your channel interesting since you were talking about God and the Bible. Right then and there I subscribed to your channel cause I wanted to learn more about the bible. I don't want to bored you with my life history but I was in the pentecostal religion since I was a child and my dad was a minister. When I got older I was no longer in the religion. I stopped going to church. I pray at night before going to bed. Now I read the bible in the morning when I get up before getting ready to go to work and I pray at night before going to bed. Earlier this year, I had the epiphany to not just use RUclips for my music playlists, but to incorporate RUclips videos into my daily devotions, and your channel was the first one I found! You explain things in a way that helps me truly understand the word and how to study it. I also really appreciate your transparency because it helped me to normalize my thoughts and concerns.
I stumbled upon your page about 8 months ago. I was looking for someone to teach about studying the Bible but at the time you was doing 2 days a week. But I heard more of the content and see the Channel to be peaceful and it had a positive feel to it and I have also told my friends who are new to the faith to follow you because of the calmness of how you speak and it’s good teaching. 😊
I found your channel during 2020 when I was struggling with my relationship with God and Christianity. I stumbled across your New Age religion video and it helped me realize that my faith was being manipulated. Since then, I’ve watched your videos over the years and I can now say your videos and they are now part of my weekly routine of carrying God with me throughout the week.
Verse 16 stood out to me, its the courage that she had knowing the ending might not be what she is hoping for but, she holds so much loyalty in her faith with God the father and her people that she is willing to do what is necessary to protect them all.

Hi Melody. I found your channel in March of this year (2023). It was a time in my life when a Christian friend of mine told me I wasn’t “Christian enough.” I began having doubts about my own faith and path. The last sentence to me meant that, “ whatever difficulties i face or whatever challenges i go through, l must always believe and trust in the Lord that throughout those hardships a breakthrough is about to nourish in my life, all i have to do is put all my TRUST into him”

Hey sis I love your Bible study video I love your answers and I can definitely say verse 14 spoke out to me like you said trusting in God is so important and Mordecai had that trust to trust God no matter the outcome or the situation and I can definitely say it’s trusting God and having Faith in the Lord and relying on Him and walking by faith not by sight!!! And how I found your channel I was looking up Christian content for me to get closer to God and every since I been watching you I did stop and I started again but I love your channel I love how you talk about God how you break things down and how you let the Holy Spirit speak to His people and different things that we are struggling with and how we can trust God and a lot of things that God is reveling to us that we didn’t realize you are genuine, and so pure and just a beautiful woman on fire for God🥰

Esther is one of my favorite books. I find it interesting that I would come across this message on my first day of fasting as well as on the holiest day of the Jewish calendar, day of Atonement. Your spirit and how you moved forward with the channel have helped me to understand the Bible more. I also received your purpose pamphlet, and this has helped me to stay more focused on how God is using me and giving me direction for my life. For the verse, my interpretation would be that our way of living (at the moment) is for a reason. Example, the work you are at or the apartments you living. God had put us there for a reason, for the season we are in. Just nice to know it isn't forever it's temporary cause at the end God always got something better for all of us
God has a Plan and a Purpose for all of us. If I do not accomplish my purpose, God will still accomplish His Will, but He will use a different means.
