I soo relate with you di.. my daughter is 5 days younger to noor.. and my elder son's birthday is also near and we're also planning about it these days. He'll be 4 yrs old in March.

I would suggest you plan a small road trip with your family. Like me and my husband decided to travel on every birthday until my daughter turns 5 coz once they grow up they would prefer to have friends over but for now you can create memories for him by travelling
