Not saying you should do that, but you need to find motivation to push outside your comfort zone so you can have your own place and be independent. This will really help you. I love my parents but I need my alone time and in my own space for my own sanity.

I think as a child, when tantruming.... I was just asking for love to rule, not hate...but did not have the words. All i could do was to scream.... from hurt. I am waay younger but same placement...i have a rule of thumb with my anger- dont vent out when you are angry, journal your thought process and then express your point of view with well thought out logic. My dad was also abusive with me and my mom. I didnt want to inherit his anger and went out of my way to work on my anger. I want to erase all the shit my dad did in a positive way.
