      Definitely not underrated, it’s what he’s known for. He went viral in the mma scene a good few years before even getting to the ufc when he landed a flying triangle in cage warriors. Also, Denis frimpong massively lacks the wrestling, on top of already being completely outmatched bjj, with non existent takedown defence. he’s a striker. Did you think paddy was known as a striker or something? This comment has blew my mind. 😂😂

    so you can all stop crying. It was to settle beef. If you fought in the street youd put the guy to sleep. This is no different just that they had gloves on

      Somtimes guys don't wake up so I absolutely would not choke sombody completely inconcious.
      I've also watched a guy react to thinking he killed sombody this way. Playful fighting turned a bit aggressive. Next minute the guy is flopping and the other guys soul leaves his body. Looked more scared than anybody I've ever seen. You could see it all on his face.

Paddy is a decent fighter but he hasn't proved anything in the UFC yet until he does he will be underestimated that's kinda how it works. Every young fighter who gets a bit of hype is underestimated until they prove otherwise, some do some don't until he's been in there with oliveria, arman, gamrot, Dustin etc he will remain the underestimated guy. Everyone has to go through the trial by fire in the fight game and he hasn't

    I agree with you Bisping, what gets me is a bunch people that don't fight think you can soft sparr and become a champ. People watch RUclips video of hard sparring and go say things about "it's ego fighting" just dumb. Only way to fight is train hard.

    This is the same type of sparring in boxing gyms. I was always in the mid-top tier amateur level but sparring was rough. People getting knocked out or stopped wasn’t unusual. I had those same pre fight nerves Bisping talks about going into sparring
