I find it strange when at about 18.18 of this tape he starts saying hospitals for him are better then a disco. Because a hospital never closes. 'so if i want to go and share myself with one of my patients in any on of my three hospitals at three a clock in the morning' Like why does he use the word share and why three o'clock in the morning? he says he doesn't find happiness in being rich, but bein able to have hospitals cause people are available all the time, this makes him happy. :-/

@pattyoco - I am offended by your comment at the beginning of the video that you find it "very strange" that so many alleged victims have stepped forward after so many years, and that they are ruining "everything he had built up". Obviously, you don't have the first clue why someone would hide abuse. This interview, and the way in which it has been presented, is so interesting for so many reasons.... I can only hope we can learn something from both.

I was curious to see what his answer will be to that question and clearly by his face its like he knew exactly what he wanted to be but it obvious that he is not stupid enough to tell it on LIVE Television, his whole purpose probably in life was to become a celebrity , gain as much power as he can and then abuse all these people he have abussed for years, that was his entire aim. That what psychopaths are, they true happiness is just with themselves... Fuck everybody and everything else. Psychopaths also are very smart and cunning, Savile was a smart psychopath who got away with too much.

He definitely was mentally troubled individual who needed a serious help since his was just a little kid. He is clearly a psychopath and from what I know you are born with it, if his mental illness was treated at very start of his life he maybe would have been fixed and would have became a decent human being but like we all know it didn't turn out that way. He also so says he likes sharing himself with nurses....do you really think "sharing" means just support an friendship to him? He also mentions he started looking for what made him happy....he says not alcohol, drugs and states disco not open 24hrs so that only leaves sex out of the famous saying "sex drugs and rock an roll". To me he seams very very clever in the way he twists his words, almost telling you what hes up to. It is obvious from the very beginning that She Knew about the allegations and that jimmy boy knew she knew.
2minutes into the interview she says 'I'm impressed at SM to see these children - it seems like it it's mainly children and jimmy boy responds very quickly and slightly aggressively that no the average age is 18 and she responds 'is that right'. This inference leads him into a outpouring of intellectual simplicity. She mentions that it is a very comfortable place in this section.
I found it odd that she should mention kids in this way because was not jim'll fix it all about children.
He sure was funny... stopped and thought to himself where could he SHARE himself 24/7 cus disco's close and he thought ah HOSPITALS. Typical pedo that is why you find them working with kids I suppose. He goes on to joke that he SHARES with nurses at the drop of the hat.
There were many other inferences such as...my family were NICE, NORMAL and skint.....hates kids cus he is not paternal (he was a pedo after all and here he was being truthful You have to hate kids to do the things he and others did to them)
So it seems that she had whiplash, attended SM and two celebs link up, She does her research and voila. To me her eyes betray that she knew and the tone of her voice was very measured all the way through.
Do you think she was about to tell us what the creep had done to her while having the scan. but more importantly was this type of scan available to the plebs back in those days.

evidence... any number of people claiming the piety of a person's character are merely testimonial and that can't even remotely compare.
He could've raised all the money in the world, and saved billions of children from a whole plethora of fatal diseases - but that doesn't detract from an evidence-based conclusion that implicates him on criminal charges that are totally and completely irrelevant to his charity work. Nor does his charity work absolve him of any such charges.

  • @sanguisdominus
    @sanguisdominus 11 лет назад

I don't think that should make any difference.
Any intellectually honest person would be able to admit, that although a person may've done a lot to help their child survive, that doesn't instantly make him innocent of any allegations of child abuse. The two things are totally separate.
Those that he helped weren't in any position to verify or deny the allegations, they had no knowledge one way or the other. Sure, they could attest to his character, but when faced against empirical evidence...

I TOTALLY agree that one must differentiate between the bad actions he undoubtedly did on the one hand but all the great work and charity events he supported on the other. You can tell his sincerity in this interview with no shadow of doubt. I'm sure some accusations are false and others misguided. Obviously many aren't but we must still separate the good from the bad and the ugly IMHO!

He seems so genuine, not as all the bad news that has become since he passed away, I must say it is a shame that he is accused of what he has done. But who knows. He is not here now to defend himself.

  • @NickJay

I thank you for a non personal and reasoned 'argument' there Ken but the truth of the matter is we simply don't know. I don't believe that his work at Leeds Infirmary, Stoke Mandeville and Broadmoor were some kind of ruse on his part. As you say, he was reportedly at it at the BBC, his dancehalls and god knows where else before then so what would be the point? And as for reporting/truth, we've already seen someone falsly accused with the best of intentions. Memories play tricks over the years.

A few points to bear in mind. A paedophile is someone attracted to a child BELOW the age of puberty, thus JS was NOT a paedophile. In the 70s it was common for, say, a 14 year-old girl to go out with say a 30 year old bloke, and for the girl it actually carried kudos. JS was not acting in any way out of step with a louche patriarchal pop-music culture where it was standard for grown men to chase young girls. Im not saying JS didnt behave badly, but no worse than a lotta other people

Saville a perfect example of a man who did good things in his life, but also did a lot of bad things . The evil that men do lives after them, the good is interred with the bones.
Good and evil come from the same source human beings.,

Adam Gillis psychopath sociopath indicator: shamelessness. these guys just dont feel shame or can understand with people being uncomfy with their actions. if they walk around nude on the street, it's not an issue to them. neither is raping kids or murdering someone.
to them, it's alright and good fun.

+Christopher Rowan Hi Chris, thanks for the message. Hope you're well. I was talking to a close friend a few weeks ago about this subject in general, and of course SaVILE's name came up. My friend (who's a psychiatrist) reckons Savile was a textbook sociopath rather than psychopath, i.e. literally incapable of accepting responsibility for his own actions. Basically his whole world revolved around himself and nobody else. I suppose that came across in everything he did on TV when you think about it.
My friend and I also find it hard to believe that Savile *did* fool as many people as claim to have been fooled by him. Both at the BBC *and* the hospitals and kids homes he was involved with. I'm sure a lot more people knew *EXACTLY* what he was up to than have admitted to knowing.
Two other names have appeared on the radar of vileness since we last spoke by the way. Nothing's been mentioned in the news as yet though, so I'm a bit wary about mentioning any names. One's a bit of a shocker, but the other one not so much. The plot thickens! Operation Yewtree has gone very quiet recently, but I'm relaibly informed it's still active and on-going... thank God!

Excuse me, but he ruined everything he built up, not the people he abused. It's a shame women and men didn't come forward when he was alive so he could have paid for what he did. You hear over and over from these men and women that they were afraid to come forward while he was alive because of his power and status. The man was a pathetic human being, pull your head out of the sand.

I totally agree with Patty in some respects & don't agree everything he did was bad or he worked in the hospitals for what he could get but with the best of intentions. I wish more people would point the finger at all those who knew & said/did nothing, including said hospitals/nursing homes/BBC etc etc. In a sense they are as guilty if not more so. As for why so many kept quiet for so long and then all decided to 'come out' all at once, including those with false impressions/recollections etc!
