Hi both it’s Ann what a beautiful little home ,they made it so ,many happy memories their ,loved their dogs bless them .Its so nice to see it’s not been trashed, thank you for taking us around with you thank you for sharing my special soles stay safe lv Ann uk xx
I found you by chance, and now I am your biggest fan! I am 68 years old and used to go into old houses way before you were ever born. Now I don't have to get dirty or risk a fall. So enjoy you and the places you take me back to.
Yes, I couldn't agree with you more. I have a knee injury plus arachnophobia, so this way I can travel with them from my armchair. Greetings from Spain.
We are close in age, and I believe the draw to these abandon sites brings us back to our great grandparents home. I can remember when my grandmother wanted to see her family home one more time, and I was able to use a chamber pot, helped to start a fire on the eight burner wood stove, light the kerosene lamps on the wall, and pump water from the well. I was young about eight years old, but I never forgot the experience.
I'm almost 70. I agree with you both! Also for me, I'm hoping to be motivated to declutter my own home. Watching the videos does bring back memories of ancestors homes, but its helping me to reflect on my own mortality. I still think I'm 40 and going to be around forever! lol watching this one really did hit home . . . ashes to ashes, dust to dust.
I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, I absolutely love your taste in music! What you play at the intro is my kind of music. And I love your explorations! You never disappoint. I’ve only subscribed to two of these , your and Bros of Decay. You keep me company on many a long and lonely nights. Please don’t ever stop! ❤️💞‼️
Great find!! So many awesome antiques -- sewing machine & clothes & dressers etc. That beaded blue dress was beautiful!! Those dresses should be donated to a museum or theater group. So happy that it was all natural decay & no human vandalism!! Where did those doors go behind the sewing machine downstairs? So sad the daughter didn't keep or sell the house. One day soon the house will implode & all these treasures will be lost forever! " All things return to dust -- decayed, broken & full of rust" 💕💕💕
The awe and wonder you experience when you are exploring is quite contagious. You have an uncanny way of describing in your tone what you are feeling, unlike any other explorers I have watched
What a realy sweet house so many beautiful things,I love it .Its so sad to see everything, just left ,but they were happy with their home ,they collected many things .great find much love Ann uk xx
Just a reminder that there comes a time when our lives and the memory of us will be nothing. Nobody will know our names and our homes filled with cherished memories and all that we feel help to define who we are will fall into ruin and then be no more. I do love these little trips back in time. Thank you guys, at the same time it is scary to ponder the uncertainty of tomorrow.
Explomo and Bros of Decay are among my favorite explorer channels! I love how gorgeous your intros are and how you pay attention to the little details. You treat the properties with so much respect. Thank you for providing such wonderful content!
This video was absolutely wonderful. I cannot believe that someone could spin the actual thread and then knit together the cloth and make such beautiful, beautiful, did i say beautiful , clothing. This is a craft that would take even a talented person a life time to master. These people must have been incredible! Thank you for showing this!
How beautiful!!! Makes me almost cry seeing these places sit. How I can imagine the lives that once called it home. Thank you two for such a great video!! As always Blessings and hugs!! 😘😘
Brilliant find guys, and thank you for your curiosity, respect and enthusiasm for the past. We would not be where we are today without the past. The wallpaper looks like it was mostly from the 1940s. The family seemed so cultured ❤
I love you quy's i have been watching your video's since the begining i love everyone of them i am 58 years old and some stuff brings back memories keep it up boys
I am an old man now, I will be 67 in the middle of December, but I still remember my mother having a knitting machine which she knitted various clothes for me and my brother and 2 sisters. it worked on the very same principle as the sock knitting machine. Again, another triumph my young exuberant explorers! Your enthusiasm is contagious!
Hi Maureno and Remon, Explomo, I really loved the musical part of the intro with this beautiful song. - Excellent choice after my opinion! Very interesting explore in that abandoned house of a Belgian costume designer. - It was an exciting walk together with you through that house with a nice sequence of unexpected surprises, as for instance this really still quite intact bedroom with the beautiful costumes. It's just a real pity. that everything - and especially these extraordinary costumes - are just left there to rot away! - This house has really an atmosphere of the time having stopped once in a while, - a legit timecapsule! - I loved once more listening to your comment, and your camerawork is great. - Wishing you all the best and many more inspiring explores! - Stay healthy and happy! - Kindest regards.
Hello Willy, Wasn't that a fabulous home? The artifacts certainly give evidence to a family living with a joy and appreciation for life. It is sad to see all of this, because you can seen they embraced life and now they are gone. Best wishes and kindest regards, Sandy
@@SRay-or3nc , Hi Sandy What a pleasant surprise to receive a comment from you! - I really appreciate. - And - yes it was a fabulous home and very sad to see how it is decaying. - But also the presentation by Maureno and Remon was once once more a pure pleasure, which I enjoyed watching and listening. - Also best wishes and kindest regards from Switzerland.
Oh My husband and I so enjoy your explorations. This home was so awesome. How neat that the woman made clothes with the spinning wheel and the other thing. Just a very interesting explore and again you guys showed great respect. Thank you so much for taking us with you on your journey. 😊🇺🇸
Thank you guys for your fantastic fine. So many antiques not being used anymore. I know it was a beautiful place. In its younger years. Both of you have a great day. Happy Thanksgiving to you both and your family .
Thanks a million. I'm an armchair explorer, thanks to both of you. Gorgeous time capsule. I wonder why they left all their belongings - what about their family?
Not sugar cubes- either alum or camphor blocks to keep bugs, moths, and other pests out of clothes. Love these finds! So sad when everything is left as it was their last day. Thank you for all your time and effort.
This was a fascinating, all those beautiful clothes and all the old equipment. If this is an attached home wonder what will happen when this place just collapses in on its self. Just alwasy makes you wonder where did these people go and why did they leave everything behind. Another good find guys!
I appreciate how much reverence you give while taking us on another historical tour of someone's life and what they did for work. I also love the lovely music chosen to match the era. Moe and Rae, your videos are a joy to watch and remember a way of life.
I just love your channel! It is so neat to take a glimpse into somebody else's life in their home. If I were you guys, I probably would have taken home a few of the things you have shown. I know that's not kosher, but some things are so beautiful it seems a shame that nobody else is getting to see them. Especially when the house is falling away and taking those wonderful items with it.
Wow that place was awesome! A true time capsule and definitely one of my favorites! You guys always do a beautiful job. Loved this one and can’t wait for the next video!♥️♥️♥️
Beautiful dresses… That one that you said was so heavy could be a red carpet dress. A couple of the bureaus really beautiful. It’s such a shame that whoever owns this now doesn’t get some of that stuff out before it’s completely covered by the house as it slowly falls in. Lovely Explore. Thanks for taking us a long
Hi Maureno & Remon, wow that place really had some beautiful things left, I loved the old spinning wheel, as you said people don't make things that way anymore. I thought it was very cool you found that persons uniform jacket from Belgium, how awesome. Thank you for taking your time to show us as much as you could and as always for showing respect, thank you also for sharing. x
🍃I rather see a home go through natural decay, than vandalism.🍃 That Taxidermist dog in plastic, could be the family dog. Not much left of the home, only spider webs, dust and old memories. Hope they had a good life. Nice dresses. Her husband might have been a pilot for Belgium military not sure, still searching. Belgium Navy soldier, had to watch it again. The Navy Anchor⚓ gave it away.💕 Thank you Maureno, you were right.👨🏻✈️
Thank you maureno and remon such an amazing time capsule of a home, I really appreciate the time and effort you put into your excellent videos. Yet again another great explore from you guys, keep up your excellent work my friends.
Explomo This was a time capsule 100 percent. It was sad to see everything left behind and the house decaying just sad to see that the hard work and memories that the family made became forgotten
What a wonderful find again you guys - tears in my eyes to see a life time of work goes into ruin - those equipments and designer beaded gowns should be in museum - do they have any relatives ? By the way Thankyou again you have given me so much pleasure by watching your video God bless .🙏🏽❤️
You guys are great explaining everything. Its so sad to see no one took important things after the parents passed away. In USA family comes in and takes what they want, donates things they dont want and sales the home. If there is no living family or relatives the state will take it. Enjoy all your video's.
I'm watching your video. The beauty of the house when people lived there. They certainly had a son. Maybe he was a sailor of the Belgian army. I've always wanted one of those antique singers, mom got her mother's but don't know what she ever did with it and now they are all gone. Love the beaded flapper dress and would have loved to pick the beaded gown up to really see it. Great place, great video. Love you guys 💜
