Resident Evil: Code: Veronica X New Game + World Record

This run has a fair bit of improvement still to be had. The island was average, there was a approximately ten second loss on Antarctica due to me accidentally hitting "Yes" to save, but Chris was overall decent with some small time saves here and there. However, as of 7/2/2020, this is the World Record for NG+ and the fastest time this game has ever been completed officially.
