Something's telling me that there's more to the story. I was driving down the PCH in a Malibu last week and saw about 10 police cars and and what looked like private security escorting a bunch of old men in suits down the street. They looked as though they were surveying the property. It was weird, but thought, big money is probably just checking their investments. About two miles down the road almost to Santa Monica, i noticed that there was 10ft high piles of sand that ran for miles (around the famous sand volleyball courts). Something's up and it seems to be more than high tide and a storm. I'd appreciate any additional info if anybody has it.
Weird. What better way to to clear beach front property than to create a rogue wave from a storm. Sounds far fetched but controlling the weather is no secret.
I've NEVER heard of real estate investors being escorted by police. Now public servants are a pay to hire agency using our tax dollars to escort real estate investors (I don't care how rich they are).
