CAN YOU HEAR ME!? Rode NT-USB Mini: Bricked Microphone Resurrection!

This video shows the repair of a Rode NT-USB Mini Microphone which appears to be dead. I picked this up, boxed in as-new condition for less than £30! Perfect for a boost in future video audio quality - the only problem is that in order to realize this, we need to get it working again!
This microphone appears dead, no lights or anything. No chimes when plugging the device into a computer/laptop, all that happens is that device manager continuously refreshes until the USB lead is removed.
Here we get the microphone into bootloader mode, and use Rode Central to re-apply the device firmware to see if we can get this thing working once more!
