The mage letting the Eys'or live for the first 3 turns was bizarre.

I'm pretty sure they just wanted to witness the glory of that wood going off. Not often do you get to meet someone playing Totem Shaman in this economy, might as well savour it.

Love your videos so much. Very often I take the ideas of the wild decks and attempt to translate them into standard decks and it's been some of the best deck building experiences I've had. The rationale you put into making your decisions is great and has made me and presumably many other viewers generally better players overall. Let's be real. If you don't craft meta decks there's nothing enjoyable about Hearthstone anymore. You either craft meta or be prepared to lose 70% of your games.
@@ashcosmo3854 you can still have fun tho, I mostly play the bolster warrior roffle put out a few months ago and have a blast playing it, even though my win rate might not be that high

20:21 when they conceded, thought it was pretty neat you got to see what they drew with that little animation bug with the Sphere.
If they wanted to just change the idiot totem, maybe they could make it a 0/2 that deals 1 damage to a random enemy at the end of turn, make it immediately useful like the other totems
It's the change I really wish they do for the rework. Well that and healing heals the hero for 1.
@@GaussianEntity They had it heal face for 1 back in beta, but found it too powerful (at the time, obviously) and removed it. We could argue that both the changes to healing and idiot totem would make shaman a better class, especially with the randomness of the hero power (that is supposed to be something consistent, unlike your card draw).
@@Rinoscope Yeah I remember that change. Then Face Hunter existed and it made that matchup so miserable to play.
I strongly believe that the totems should all be equivalent to decent 1 mana minions to be worth the hero power. Spell damage and taunt is good enough for 1 mana, but the healing totem and idiot totem never felt like good 1 mana minions

Totem Shaman is one of the best decks of 2020, not that it’s Top Tier but just the concept that a 0/2 Totem can become a 10/13 and be very dangerous makes it so great
I run this deck. But I added the serpent neutral totem (eot deal 2 damage). It's a game winner if unchecked.
Little bit bummed out when I got eysor as my golden legendary because I don't have baku to play it in odd shaman, so thank you for this roffle!

Hi roffle, just wanted to say I also really enjoyed watching kingsbane on stream. Despite chat's whining. Strong meta deck played somewhat competitively did make for a nice, brief change of pace. So much so I'm looking forward to future "climb to d5" streams as they come along.

I really wanna know how they are gonna change shaman hero power as a shaman main myself totems have grown on me, despite the randomness, losing totems will feel bad for the totem decks that have been fun in the standard set up until now

If played with and against totem shaman in to know you kill the legendary totem. If that thing lives and gets copied the stats spiral out of control and it becomes increasingly hard to kill.

I have everything of shaman but I am currently playing more of warlock and once I faced an opponent with the totem shaman deck and the idiot did like you, put the trash card called Trick Totem on the deck. It filled the field and at the end of the shift, the Trick Totem conjured the Shadow Council spell! I laughed too hard !! The guy gave up! Only stupid plays with this stupid card !!

And as I only play in WILD MODE I can tell you that Totem Shaman deck sucks !! (I have everything of a shaman! If I am criticizing it is because it sucks to play in WILD MODE.)
