Dear Akanksha! Thank you for your kind words. As far as your doubt is concerned, yes, the no. of institutions offering courses in Public Administration are comparatively less. Also, as I have mentioned time and again, qualifying UGC NET is the first step... It makes you eligible to apply for the job, doesn't guarantee the job.
Qualifying NET JRF gives you some financial stability which acts as an additional motivation for students interested in Research. I have stated all the facts here. Hope this helps! The final call is yours now :)
