    What servo did you install? Was it a direct replacement or did you have to do some shimming due to height differences? Trying to figure out how to get this thing to turn...

    • @Deej_RC
      @Deej_RC  2 года назад

      9imod servo. You have to use the servo horn that comes with it and there will be slight angle from the horn to the servo saver but really doesn’t matter you can also use shims.

    Great editing and nice RC. I don't power wash my ESC like that anymore. I did it once to one of my RC vehicles and the ESC never worked again, so I just blow the RC with air from my electric blower instead. I'll clean the bottom with water and and soap, but by hand with a sponge. Hehe.

      Thank you very much!
      Not recommended it either, although I’ve been doing this countless times with all my rc cars, I haven’t experience any issues yet with my ESC also not all ESC is waterproof. I only do this cuz I put them on display and I can’t stand looking at my rc full of dirt and mud. 🙂

      Thanks bro!! 😀it’s not as bad compare to my xmaxx might need much thicker shock oil?

    • @KingsRC
      @KingsRC 2 года назад

      @@Deej_RC try adjust the springs first. dont be afraid to bottom out a lil bit.. its maybe the reason the shock mount is breaking because of the stiffness of the shocks, not absorbing enough..although small jumps like that shouldnt be breaking anything...maybe lighter oil? The tires also make it bounce if the shocks too stiff...

    Love this video man! In the future a voice over would definitely make the video more interesting, but I really enjoyed not thinking and just watching the kraton fly around. Also I was surprised to see you spray wd40 over the whole rc. Do you do that to keep the shine to it or does it fight against dirt somehow?

    • @Deej_RC
      @Deej_RC  2 года назад +3

      Thanks man!! 🙂 I hate my voice and accent man unfortunately. 😂 I do to make it shine and looks new. My cleaning process is spray with soap then water then wd40 then water again to remove excess wd40 then just blow dry. My tires are sealed with shoe goo and you have to make sure water didn’t get into the receiver.

    • @Deej_RC
      @Deej_RC  2 года назад +3

      Once you spray with wd40 even if you spray with water it won’t come off totally unless you spray with soap. So once dried out it doesn’t looks sticky only shiny. 🙂

      @Deej_RC  Год назад

      😅 Do you have bad experience when using pressure washer?

    • @DashzRight
      @DashzRight Год назад

      @@Deej_RC yes, I get issues even without the pressure washing, water manages to make it to connectors, screws and bearings, so even after blowing air with a compressor, 2 or 3 days afterwards you can listen the bearings squeaking and the screws all rusty

    • @Deej_RC
      @Deej_RC  Год назад

      @@DashzRightI haven’t have that issue though cuz I spray WD40 all parts of the car then using paint brush to make sure everything is coated. But I’m pretty sure if you don’t spray wd40 it will get rusted. I’ve been running this on the beach as well couple times now.

    Don't power spray your rc's!

  • @markrice1411
    @markrice1411 Год назад

    WOW! Can't believe you wash the car with water and spray it that way. BAD-it's not water proof and the electrical won't like it either. And-to spray it with wd40-seriously! Best way to clean the car-just spray simple green everywhere-not to soak it-then just spray it with compressed air and it's clean.

    • @Deej_RC
      @Deej_RC  Год назад

      Yeah don’t try this. 😅 I do this to all my RC, only thing I check after is the receiver box. wd-40 is to keep it new and prevent from rusting and seizing of bearings and screws. ✌️
