They don’t pay me anything - I just actually like the keyboards haha but they’re not the best on the market, which is why I don’t make any claims like that. That being said I love their designs, what they’re doing in the space, and the product itself is good.
I use the blackice aswell it’s actually really good, sounds nice in person. The only possible downside is if you can’t type without looking at the keys aswell as being kinda expensive but overall it’s a very good keyboard 8-9/10

I'm also European and getting used to QWERTY really isn't that bad to be honest Once you memorize QWERTZ and QWERTY it's really easy to change between the two layouts.
i like beer too much to use a keyboard without letters lol. Typing papers while drinking beer is easy and i just check it the next day, helps me keep from being like that’s a horrible idea.
You can get a full sized keychron keyboard for $60 less with the same if not better quality, the reason Highground costs so much is because of branding. If you really like the branding go for it, but if you don't have a ton of money there are better options
Depends on how much you car about branding, you can get similar or better quality ones for 40-80$ less. Personally I would buy a keychron or other brand of keyboard and then buy a keycap set.
The issue is I have a custom layout. I do use a primarily German ISO but I still have a few letters interchanged so it's even more intuitive. I don't type on keyboards often other than gaming a couple times which is why I have zero confidence in typing without looking. I merely built it for comfort
I have the Higround basecamp 65% Onyx keyboard, and it’s well worth the price. I would 100% recommend it if you’re looking to buy a new gaming keyboard or if you’re a collector.
