Soooo, this video was actually done two weeks ago but I didn't really want to upload it. It is just soooo crappy! Not to mention it was my first time using sony vegas, so I didn't know how it works. Now, if you pause the video while they are moving fast, the image looks doubled/tripled sobs
Summary (warning: written by a 5 year old. jk):
Alfred wants independence but Arthur won't allow it. He still thinks Alfred needs him and won't survive by himself. Arthur thinks he's taking care of Alfred but Alfred feels caged instead. He is upset and angry. He declares war. Arthur still won't allow his independence. They fight. Alfred was determined to win despite his karma; He's forced to destroy Arthur, his precious big brother figure. The image of Arthur crumbling before him wouldn't leave his mind.

The flag he holds (if this really is meant to be about the Revolutionary War) is the thirteen colonies one. It has the 13 stars in a circle. The one he holds is the present day flag. With 50 stars for each state. Besides that awesome video! You're really good at this!

(I'll see them as brothers or father/son relationship even if there both not related to each other) but I love this Video. Kinda shows America's side of the story and how he is broken too.

I think the same. I know they're not blood related or anything like that, but it's the fact that England took America in and raised him on his own that makes me look at their relationship as brotherly, not romantic. Maybe this is just me, but I think the idea of falling in love with someone you essentially raised as your younger sibling and watched grow up is just a TAD weird.
I'm not big in the UsUk pairing, because the fact that they have so much history as brothers or father and son. They might not be related by blood, but you can't come out of raising someone from toddler to almost teenaged years without getting as close blood brothers or the like.
But french looked after England as well? Almost everyone from Hetalia was grown when someone discovered them and was claimed to one another.
And they may have histories like a father or brother but do they treat themselves like they were like that? They're not blood-related, and they don't even age. They live forever, after all, They don't need an age.
Other than that, I can see them as a ship since it's my otp but I respect other's as well.
Other's don't appeal to me because I think personality will attract the most, not how they act towards each other.
After all, U.S.A. and UK have a special bond, or so history compared to others.
They show their emotions towards each other greatly compared to the others in the anime, not in reality. Other then that I can say other ships are great, again, this is my opinion ^^

This is one of the- Scratch that- AUGH!! REFERENCES!!! Rephrase that, the saddest version of the Revolutionary I've seen yet. It was so beautiful but sad and heartbreaking and the same time, I felt so bad for England and America. Since you know it hurt America to do it, and you know it hurt England to be informed by America himself, and even having his hand jerked away. And they both FOUGHT each other! My goodness some of the USUK fans are finally opening their eyes to see that this story has two sides and not just one. It really should be easy to understand if you payed attention to your history class, I personally am a U.S. History nut even before discovering Hetalia and I love this video so much because of the imagery of this war is spoken out much clearer and it finally gets ignorant people that are to lazy to open up a simple book on US history to really see how conflicting this war was for America himself and how he did NOT want this war in the first place. But I guess my knowledge will be unnoticed by the blissfully ignorant masses.

Hello there! This is my very first time to drop a comment in RUclips. I guess I have to give a shot.
I'm in love with Arthur and in all honesty I have love-hate bittersweet relationship with USUK. Not because it's incest (like almost everyone who didn't ship USUK here was saying) but because I read history and I can't let myself to not thinking about accurateness - that (1) England has a reason to do that, he was broken after Seven Years' War with France, and it's not like he's just purely evil or something, and (2) Especially America, he was the one who get mistreated then why Hetalia turned him to the evil one?
But I fell in love with the song. Yes, the song: Karma. That America was England's karma, and THAT'S TOTALLY HIT ME RIGHT IN THE FEELS BECAUSE IT CAN'T BE MORE RIGHT. America Revolutionary War was a battle between England and America AND almost every country that has desire to make a quite bloody revenge for England: French, Spanish, Dutch (well yes, the Dutch was neutral but it's clear that he's on America's side, because the Dutch refused to support England and supplied American troops instead).
It's like Revolutionary War was a chance for them, not to be on America's side, but to watch England get loss, get burn; fall.
And it was happened because America decided to take a step, declared war on England. So it can't be more clear that America is England's karma, and the song suit it perfectly I even cry. That's why I love the song you picked on!
