We are caravan newbies and have just bought a mid size awning which we have not yet used, I will definitely go buy some proper pegs after watching your video, thanks for sharing your tips 👍🍻
Hi Colin. I have to admit Ive used Rock Pegs since I started Caravanning. I have not thought of using a plastic sheet before, so a trip to B&Q for me this weekend. Thanks for sharing. Phil 🙂👍
Morning Colin. We've not used our awning yet this year. What a great idea with the awning ground sheet.. we've got many pegs, even if others have left in the ground, they have got a peg puller. I've a lump hammer. We saw the light about 5 years ago. Claw hammer, good idea as well. Stocking feet, is there something you want to get of your chest mate 😅😅😅😅😅😅Great video, mate. Always worth a watch. Paul and Sarah 👋
Yes Graham it’s used in the building trade, it’s strong, stones on hard standing pitches don’t puncture it and keeps your feet dry too 😁 Thanks for supporting me 😁👍
Hi Colin I bought a lump hammer ( and yes, it does what it says on the tin…. Makes lumps on my hands😅😅), and dome marquee tent pegs - they are substantial and do the job for us as we only stay on hard standing pitches.
Hey Colin, as you know we haven’t got an awning but looks like sound advice there. Well put together mate and congrats on your extra subs 👍. All the best, Rob & Gail 😀
