so unplug the power, disconnect the battery for 3 min to reset it right? anything else I shoudl know before resetting it? does it go back to factory defaut or still remember the settings I set?
Hi, I recently moved in and the power is turned ON but the LED panel (if not mistaken it is PC5008) doesn’t show any light, is there anything that I can work on the PC1565?
It is a low battery buddy.. a battery just because it hold the power after the transformer is unplugged does not mean its good. The alarm panel wants it at 13.4 vdc if if falls below that you just need a new battery. A multi meter is needed if you want to be able to troubleshoot properly. And it is not your smoke detector because the zone it is on would also be displayed on you're keypad if it was wired incorrectly. And DSC sucks.
