  • In this video we will be changing out a hive stand that is warped bad. It is warped so bad it is about to crawl off the blocks. The hive lifter saved me a lot of heavy lifting.

    I'm waiting for a bit cooler weather to move the hives in one of our yards. Really liked seeing you use the lift, the perfect tool for a one man show. God's peace brother.

      I think the cooler weather is coming soon, at least a little cooler. Yes the lifter sure makes this job easier. Thanks.

    Thanks for the video, that motivates me to get out and redo one of my stands that has gotten in bad shape.

      Thank you for watching. This stand was about to get away from me. I will probably cut it down for single hives. Maybe that will work.

    Mug up Joey, looks like you could make some rocking chairs with that old stand! maybe it's the wide angle32 degrees and partly sunny here in central New Hampshire...no ticks, no mosquitoes, no horse flies, no no see'ums, no rain, no snow...it's going to be a great day! Thanks for sharing!

    That’s the whole reason I bought mine, to do stuff like this and move doubles to other yards.

    I'm surprised they didn't light you up with all that commotion.

    Where did you purchase your lift? Any complaints yet? How long have you had it?

    • @josephrawls
      @josephrawls  10 месяцев назад +1

      I purchased it from www.beebreedingcentre.com in Canada. I just got it this past summer. I have no complaints with the lifter or their product support. There was a part that got damaged in shipping, no fault of theirs, and they sent a replacement right away.

      @@josephrawls have you heard anything about the USA Made beehive lifter compared to the Canadian one? I just got the beehive lifter as a gift but as I read about it it seems some people has had problems with it and I'm debating paying the 20% restocking fee to send it back and get the one you have. I could also get it sent to NAHBE from Dancing bee
