My prediction for chapter 1124:
We get the bounty upgrades of the SH, but instead of the crew themselves reacting to it, it will be done by the people that were like family to each of them. To be specific, we'll see:
- The people of Windmill Village & Amazon Lily, as well as the Gorilla, Lion, ane Aligator of Rusukaina seeing Luffy's
- Shimotsuki Village, Perona & Mihawk reacting to Zoro's
- Cocoyasi Village & Weatheria with Nami's
- Syrup Village, Hercules, and Yasopp seeing Usoop
- Sanji's by Baratie, Ivankov, and Germa
- Chopper's by Sakura Kingdom, Wapol, and Torino
- Vivi, Crocodile & Dragon reacting to Robin
- The people of Water 7 & Baldimore viewing Franky's while also mourning Vegapunk
- Laboon & the Long Arm tribe seeing Brook's poster
- The Sun Pirates & the citizens of FMI encountering Jinbe's poster
- Even Bonney's old crew sees hers
During that time, we will see their reactions to Vegapunk's message, as well as whether or not they'll believe that Luffy was responsible for their demise. Some will be viewing the SH as villians while others may view him as a hero based on their own perspective of the scientist himself.
We even see the characters that appeared in the final page of chapter 1121 prepareling to make their move after the final part of Vegapunk's message that mentions the One Piece!

I hope to see the reformed giants help Luffy out against the enemies he faced in the past. Elbaf is perfect to ally with Luffy in his desperate times
It was mentioned early on, I think by Reighleigh (could be wrong) that ones mastery over conquerer's haki is based on how well tuned you learn to keep it from hurting those you don't want it to hurt. But he also says, its not a power you can train to do anything you don't already know how to do. This could be interpreted to mean, that a conquerer's haki is stronger not just by those it effects negatively like in a fight or an argument, but also as a boon to those it effects positively both in these arenas where blood runs hot, but also in celebration, to entertain, to make merry, shed your bonds and dream of a better tomorrow. It may just be, that due to the overwhelmingly negative influence of the world government and the negative conquerer's haki users, the star nobles under Imu, any positive source of conquerer's haki is quickly snuffed out as unwanted competition. An x factor they neither understand nor want to, out of fear it would replace them.

Yes, Saul got all of the books, and there being stored on elbalf he's there as well. Vegapunk visited Elbalf and gained info from them in terms of advancements we may not know
