  • **If you see a truck you would like to see more of please leave your request in the comments box and I'll make sure to upload it as soon as I can, or go out and get more of that specific truck for you.**
Continue reading description if you would like more background info about how this video was made possible.
Well what more is there to say about this video? Basically my compilation or experience with Waste Management. I got this crazy idea months and months ago, and actually gave up on this project because I was lacking some clips and I didn't want the video consisting of the same five or so trucks. Two or three of them already have been already uploaded on RUclips and are familiar drivers and trucks already among several users.
Well two months after I called it quits on this little idea/project, I was relocated to downtown San Diego for my work and for my lunch breaks I would occasionally walk around downtown and see if I can get some clips of the front loaders just for the hell of it. Well my predictions came true, I happened to snag three clips of the truck but unfortunately the scheduled times of pick up in downtown are very flexible and change so I was unable to get a clip or two of a front loader actually tipping carts on its forks. Ohhh well maybe in the future.
A couple weeks ago I was sitting in my Macroeconomics class, it was my last class for the day and was day dreaming of what I was going to do after class, and a random thought popped in my head... EL CAJON! I didn't know any routes in El Cajon and I never did research on the city, all I knew were the boundary lines between cities such as La Mesa, Santee and Unicorp areas that border El Cajon. So I kept thinking about it until finally I decided I was going to try and map out El Cajon. Luckily I was able to find the day of scheduled collected routes and with it found four trucks. Three of them being Crocodiles. Which was great to find out because I had wondered for the longest time what did WM have running in El Cajon? Amreps, AFE'S, Crocodiles, FL's with Curotto Cans or FL's with Carry Cans? Now I know: D so after taking that little trip I had finally come to the conclusion that I had enough footage and it was time to throw it on the story board.
So after driving around the city I have kind of mapped it out and kind of gotten a feel of when exactly the scheduled route days are so in the future if I want WM footage I can just go play in my backyard which is El Cajon...haha
Anyways about this video... took a long time to get together, some of these clips make up longer videos and will be up soon before upload #97. Unfortunately some clips don't consist of longer videos so this is their time to shine in this video here. Also, special thanks to Alex for some of these clips/videos made possible. The carry can in the first clip was actually like the first WM truck I ever filmed. So kind of feel somewhat proud of that now that my channel will be having more green to mix with the Blue and White that I already have and will upload in the future.
    Enjoy the video 
Credit goes to all the drivers in the video
Credito se va a todos los manejadores que participarón en este video.

I lived in San Diego back in 2013-2016
Also I had 263271 as my recycling truck when I lived there...bring back memories just by watching this video
And as an extra bonus, I also had 263586 as my trash truck, how cool to catch both trucks that came through my neighborhood :)

Thanks for sticking with the original sound. (Some garbage truck video makers add annoying music.)

Opening shot was awesome!! Definitely loved seeing the Pete/Amrep again, definitely can relate to that truck much better now that I've been to Compton Hauling and found the similar truck lol Wow I never realized how good a tri-axle Mack LE looks with a yellow Curotto! My green waste driver got a brand new one, so I really need to find him soon haha would love to see more of 263297 for sure. Also would love to see more Crocodile footage. Those are some of my favorite trucks out there. Wow 102765 was driving through some deep waters haha would love to see more of any Mack LE/Amrep, definitely my favorite combo that you could still buy these days. After looking at the picture on Flickr, man does 102765 look awesome. I see that WM also put the new grippers on that truck as well. It's too bad that El Cajon switched some of their Wittke's grippers to Labries. Really like 102764's clip - Green truck collecting Green carts matches well lol. Love the WM sun visor on 102431. Did you or Alex ever find Angel? He used to drive a LE/Carry Can. Alex knows him I think. Overall, would love to see more of either 102764 or 65. Well great work on this - one of my favorite WM compilation videos! Awesome video!!

I agree the tri-axl truck looked really cool, the shinny rims is what makes it stand out. Awesome you're yard waste driver got a new curotto? That's awesome!!! I would love to see footage of that, brand new yellow curottos. The shot where 102765 was going through the water it was actually the day after we had that big winter storm earlier this month so like there were still a lot of puddles especially on that street lol. But I do agree It make a pretty cool shot. Also thanks for all your requests, they'll be up shortly. As for 102765 if you want to see more of him I definetly have tons of footage of that truck. I think that truck freakin LOVES ME because everywhere I go (where WM picks up) I end up finding that truck. Went to Bonita it was running greens, went to El Cajon it was running Recycle, went to Santee it was running Trash. I think that truck is a spare because everytime I found it had a different driver. Also I could bet you other users will be uploading their footage of the truck throughout different parts of San Diego just watch. I need to get more greens footage but you make a good point a green truck collecting green carts does look pretty cool. As for Angel? I have no idea you'll have to ask Alex about that because I don't remember meeting an Angel.
Thanks for watching, thanks for commenting and your requests will be up shortly. :)

Awesome post, really enjoyed every truck, especially the 320 Amrep, though every truck was pretty entertaining. Weird little street at 8:03, though it made for an interesting shot. Nice to see more Crocs too.
And BTW for El Cajon....you know I have the entire city mapped right? lol. I have a lot of San Diego County mapped out. Email me if you want it, I guess.

I thought it was actually pretty cool the street/alley at 8:03, I believe it's an actual street because considering the fact that it may be an alley (or at least I think it is) there were actually houses that were facing that side. So there was a house facing the west side which was on an actual street and just behind it was another house facing the east that sat in that alley. It was very strange, came to the conclusion that it was a street after I saw that. I don't know if any of that above made any sense or I'm just rambling on.
I actually liked seeing all the crocodiles as well, I always saw them on RUclips but seeing them in real life is a whole different experience especially if they're pretty violent like one of the croc's I filmed.
As for the maps of the city... umm sure, I'll get into contact with you I guess if I decide if I want a route or two. Thanks :)
Thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed and thanks for the comment :)

Can you if its possible to video tape the Pete/Amrep FL & Pete/Amrep ASL that San Diego operates out their yard?

      @TheTrashman97  10 лет назад

I actually found one of the brand new Think Green Pete Amreps just yesterday but when I asked the driver if I can film the truck, without any hesitation the driver said NO. It was such a shame I couldn't film it it was such a nice good looking truck. It looked as if it was put into operation just the prior week that's how new it looked. I was able to snag a pic of the truck fortunately while he wasn't looking, I'll post it on Flickr later and you can see for yourself. But trust me I'm working on it. :)
