A semi-detached is always in a pair and never in a group. That really helps understand something other people make sound overly complicated. Thanks man!
I personally think that it should be different from one region to another because we have in the middle east plots attached to three units it called (attached) to two units called (semi-attached) to one unit (semi-detached) not attached to any unit called (detached), so as I said it should be different depending on the urban planning system. I’m in a semi attached - the homes were built in 1992 - my question is there is only one certificate of occupancy on record - it lists both lots numbers. Will this be a problem if I sell ?
@@JorgeFontan I have a quick question. For a semi-detached home, is it hollow after the brick connection in the front of the house? In other words after the front of the house should there be any hollow space between the two homes? I from NYC too

I am a real estate agent and just showed a home which is attached to three more homes. Do you call them semi attached or just attached ?
Also listing agent listed it as semi attached.
Going by the definition in the New York City Zoning Resolution it is attached.
