- It's now been 25 years since 11-year-old Mikelle Biggs disappeared outside her Mesa home. Now, all these years later, there could soon be some movement in the case.

Ever since I heard about the missing case of Mikelle Biggs I got so interested I wanted to know more people coming on RUclips saying she was found after 25 years but that was all just a lie I was heartbroken when I heard the whole thing let’s hope someone finds her soon and not another dead end comes ❤
Is it possible that one of their neighbours kidnapped her? And if that kidnapper killed her, sher body is probably buried in that neighbourhood?
Her neighbor Dee Blalock likely did it. He raped an elderly neighbor a few months after Mikelle disappeared. He had a storage unit which was located a few houses down from Mikelle where I believed he had her body there until the police heat died down. They checked it but it was long after that and it was cleared out.
Seems to me the only feasible suspect would be a neighbor, probably one in the immediate vicinity of the houses she was near when last seen. The likelihood of a random just happening by in their car in the 90 seconds they say she was alone & immediately deciding to take her are so astronomically unlikely. More like they were being watched, probably many times as they played, the plan of how to take & hide her formulated ahead of time, & this time someone watching took action the second she was left alone. I’d be very interested to know how deeply the surrounding houses & neighbors were investigated. I’d also be interested to know if any of them had ties to law enforcement that maybe helped them not be looked at as closely. I can’t think of any other scenario where she could be snatched up so quickly & vanished without a trace.
I literally think it will be someone in a house who had a line of sight to where she was last seen, where her bike was left in the road. I believe they likely had pre planned & pre made a place to hide her on site, & then most likely moved her later once they felt safe enough to do so.
Was the Ice cream truck person ever questioned? Could have come back, waited for her to be alone.
All the ice cream vendors were investigated and cleared out... apparently there was no real ice cream truck, the kidnapper used the music to lure Mikelle😢
