Hey, good job on your routine! I was wondering though, about one of the exercises you were doing - how effective are pushups when you don't go down till you're almost on the ground? Guys usually are told to go till they're almost on the ground to activate the full length of the biceps. I'm no expert, but it might be better to start with knee pushups first :) Cheers
Hi thank you! That's definitely a good pointer! my form for push ups definitely isn't the best! I usually mix in some knee pushups and then try to do actual pushups to at least try to push myself a little bit more. But you're right maybe I should just stick to knee push ups only!

Honestly that early in the morning I don't have too much of an appetite, and I feel like if I eat before my workout I'll feel a bit queasy during it (weird I know!). I've always heard mixed things about eating before/after your workout and how much time you should leave between eating and working out, so I never know!
