if you live in asia you can get it from lazada or shopee cuz its WAYY cheaper but if you dont you cant get it from ali express all of these places are cheaper than the one from amazon and they work just as fine :)

But she does have individual, no equipment hiit, cardio, body weight strength, etc. I’m in love with her workouts, they’re so motivating. They’re timed, so no specific number of reps, and that way you can push yourself as much as possible during the intervals. Try her out, you won’t be disappointed!!
