She thought he looked tired so gave him a glass of milk. Years later Howard became a doctor. The young girl who had helped him came in as a patient. When she received her bill it read, "Paid in full with a glass of milk, Dr. Howard Kelly" That was actually nothing special of him. He didn't charge patients who had little money. But people have changed the details of the story over the years to make it more dramatic.

AND I think it is increditibly import to highlight domestic workers or "MAIDS" needs in the work force. Just don't highlight women as the only offender.
