Seeing shadow people, “finding” many diagnosis for his “problem”, claiming to have a seemingly undiagnosable health issue…. These are classic signs of a few things that would be psychological.

I couldn’t last a complete day laying bed, my back pain is already bad enough to require strong opioids to have a normal day, just continue to lay down is only making my pain worse, its the most painful and least helpful thing i could do…
But somehow its pretty nice that way, im always motivated getting out of bed and before i developed my back issue that was something i struggled with… so you win some, you lose some
