I am gutted by all the negative comments regarding her voice. She had Lymes disease which attacked her vocal cords and had to have surgery. At least she sang live and knew her capabilities and sang the chorus a couple of octaves lower in order to perform otherwise you’d all be bitching she was miming, I’d rather she sung live in a key that is comfortable to her. I don’t see one unhappy customer in the audience?? They’re rocking along with her . Just look at her? 58! And still rocking! I’ve been a fan of hers for almost 30 years and my loyalty has never waivered. You go girl! LONG LIVE SHANIA!!! ❤️

This is a festival, but I bet she charges a lot of money to her solo shows with this broken voice of hers. Her fans are getting ripped off in the process. She’s not the only one who does this, but what happened to retiring with dignity?

I saw her live in Birmingham last September and her performance and voice is phenomenal. Best show I have ever been to, she will always be my favourite singer.

Just appreciate the fact that she made the choice and efforts to be back on stage singing live for us fans after all that she’s been through. That’s dedication. She could have simply chosen to retire and leave us with the memories and recordings. But she chose the stage and us. If you still have anything to complain about it’s really your problem.

I've seen lot of stuff about Shania's voice and how "it isn't same", and you'd be right, it's not the same. But, you wouldn't sound the same either if you're almost 60, had Lyme's disease, and several throat and vocal cord surgeries to restore your singing voice. You cannot go to a Shania Twain concert in 2024 and expect to see and hear the Shania Twain that was around in 2003. If that's your expectation, then stay home and watch the Come on Over or Up! Live concert DVD's. I think for everything Shania has been through, the fact she can even sing at all is nothing short of incredible.
But she's still charging massive prices for people to see her and she's not delivering a show of the standard it should be. You act like this happened to her hours before the show?

The truth is, Shania has lost her voice and cannot sing full strength and is being "carried" on stage by her back-up singers. She's also acting like a fool with the trashy outfits, spreading her legs for crotch views, and she has literally ruined her natural looks with plastic surgery. The reason people like Shania continue to do what they do is because of the audiences who lack any discernment at all and only care about their "Queen". It's a psychological study.

She tried her best despite her health issues in the past which have massively affected her wonderful voice, and at least she's not miming. I am a big fan but not deaf: her voice has massively changed and I am afraid not for the better. Still, the crowds love her.
This is spot on. She's obviously nowhere near where she was, but how could she be. She's putting on as good a performance as she could which is very admirable, people don't need to lie to themselves by pretending this is amazing.

I have much more respect for Shania who has suffered health issues instead of the likes of Bon Jovi who is charging £200 a ticket for such a shocking level of performance.

I thought Shania put on a terrific show. The lady is a trooper. Of course she was singing in a lower octave on occasions, she will be fifty nine in a couple of months, and lucky to with us at all after her health problems. Lymes Disease nearly killed her and ravaged her vocal chords. However, one thing about the show was puzzling. I could hear the bass OK, but where was the bass player? He or she certainly wasn't on the stage. As for the drummer, she was wild. Reminded me of Animal in the Muppets.

If you think this was a terrible performance check out again her performance at the Radio 1 party in the park 2017 Hyde Park performance..it was almost as bad as this...This woman can not sing live..it's as simple as that.
The sad thing is SHE IS LIP SYNCING HERE. Yes, those awful vocals are pre-recorded... because even in the studio that is what she sounds like now. She has been using that pre-recorded track for the entire tour, it's identical in every performance.

All thanks to Mutt Lange and his industry connections, as well as Shania's good looks and lovely voice. That fact that she had no success prior to him, and none after is evidence of that. She hasn't evolved in her own right, and still trades on the Lange produced hits. Her voice is shot now, and her looks have faded.

Sua voz mudou sim, depois de Lyme e Covid...nada seria igual como no inicio. Mas continua persistindo e fazendo o melhor. Pessoa que é um exemplo de vida, lutadora, carismatica, talentosa, ousada, inteligente, bonita, educada...enfim é uma lenda, icone...merece respeito e um tratamento de uma verdadeira Rainha da música! Então pessoas, que não sabem isso tudo, parem de fazer criticas duras. Com quase 59 anos, poderia bem estar em sua casa aprovetando a fortuna, mas não, esta fazendo o que saber e faz bem, compor e cantar. Vida longa a nossa Rainha Shania Twain!! Eu não vi uma pessoa triste na plateia ou reclamando...vejo uma multidão alegre e feliz. Ao menos esta cantando ao vivo e não enganando com dublagens. I feel like she was probably talked into it and by somebody or somebodies who wanted some of her money thrown their way. I’m sure it is a constant in her life and they probably preyed upon some of her insecurities. I liked her looks before and didn’t see any need for any improvements, myself. Shania is the best! 🌺😁🌺

@@sebastian0107 Well that's the thing, Le Bon couldn't sing in key to save his life when he was at peak form in his twenties and all of a sudden he sings perfectly at 60+ ?...Mind you it's not "old style" miming, they use advanced tricks with auto-tune, backing tapes, etc...
Oh and I added Joe Elliott to the list, same as Le Bon, all of a sudden he went from wailing cat to perfect vocals at 60+
