As a Dane I have always loved the British humor in general - Finding it a lot more intelligent, starting way back from Monty Pythons and throughout all the years and decades till now! ;) So yes indeed, you have got so much!

Funny because it's true. I dreaded the meeting point as he points out, no mobiles. I was left waiting a few times but it all balanced out over time lol
Worth remembering that editing can play a big part in how things come across on video. A lot of those 'perfect' reaction shots are spliced in from different jokes to the one we're hearing, so the people sitting around the woman wetting herself with laughter won't have just heard the same thing we have. It's never the same atmosphere as being there live, in the room. The camera can lie. Micky's a top comic, so everybody there will have been having a good time - but not necessarily when the joke we're hearing was told. ;-)
