    At first I was saying "I wish he would keep quiet so I could hear the ice." Then I realized it WAS the ice. What a great video!

    I was raised & still live around these lakes( Superior,Huron,Michigan). They make you acutely aware of weather, hydrology, geology, & Mother Nature!!

    Damn, I grew up on Lake Huron, and have never seen the lake actively do this. I see the results every day, but not the action. Thanks for posting.

    Reminds me of the time we went fishing on Lake Michigan. It was -50 with the wind chill. Caught 11 greman browns. The stringer weighted 110 lbs.
