No music. No wind. No talking. Perfection!
And also, no one warning that an apocalypse is imminent (just because winter weather is occurring). 😂
At first I was saying "I wish he would keep quiet so I could hear the ice." Then I realized it WAS the ice. What a great video!
That was pretty cool, great capture!
Could watch/listen that for hours 😊
That’s both terrifying and awe inspiring. That creak and crack is so loud. Loved it.
Thank you for not putting lame ass music over the sounds of the ice.
Not a problem. Love the sound of the ice. The other vids have great crashing sounds too
The ice IS the music
I live in Oregon, never have I seen this before... amazing, TY
Thank you for a amazing video. This is Mother Nature saying, O.K. humans, I'm giving you your plexiglass back.
I was raised & still live around these lakes( Superior,Huron,Michigan). They make you acutely aware of weather, hydrology, geology, & Mother Nature!!
I was lucky that year and was there for it to happen many times!
Anyone else thought about someone putting a coin into the pushing machine?Nice clip, thx bro.
Damn, I grew up on Lake Huron, and have never seen the lake actively do this. I see the results every day, but not the action. Thanks for posting.
Thank you for your work!!!!
Outstanding, this must be both terrifying yet beautiful to witness.
I could watch this all day, I don't know why!
Me too!
Its creepy and cool at the same time watching something so massive move
Reminds me of the time we went fishing on Lake Michigan. It was -50 with the wind chill. Caught 11 greman browns. The stringer weighted 110 lbs.
Wow! That must have been fantastic to be there and watch it.
It is an awesome thing to take in Peter!!
Very satisfying to watch and to hear.
It's like some invisible giant is moving those ice sheets around for fun.
Reminds me of that old science fiction film "Monolith Monsters".
It's like the lake itself is alive, wow...
I think I would be pooping my pants if I was ice fishing on the ice
Lake Superior never disappoints!! Awesome video!!!
No she dont!! Thank you!
It give me the impression that Lake Superior is alive...
Same process that builds mountains. If you believe in such things, that is.
Imagine being out there ice fishing and everything starts moving 👀☠️

No, this is the soundtrack to my ex-wife “trying not to wake me” after I pulled a double shift. I said ex, right?
