Childhood was pretty dope for 80's and 90's kids, i truly feel sorry for the younger generations, growing up in a post 911 world and Roner virus land. Oh and then there's the matter of propaganda being shoehorned into every major AAA title these days. I built a Streets of Rage 1-4 cabinet and haven't looked back at AAA gaming since!
Besides the NES version/emulators, there's the Remastered version made by WayForward on various platforms. More cartoon-y in style, adds more plot, and has most of the original show cast. You can even toggle between the game using the Remastered soundtrack and the NES soundtrack.
When I was a kid we used to let the intro screen play all the way through because we loved this so much, LOL
me too lol
We did too! LOL
I did the same while playing it on a emulator cuz I love ducktales
As a kid, I would be snacking on those quaker cheddar rice snacks while playing this game. Now I have wave of nostalgia every time I eat them.
Me too...😅
there is absolutely no reason why this game has such an incredible soundtrack but it does anyway
Other than it was made by Capcom and they always had boss music 😊
@@r-omega 1942:
Holy hell, this is such a FANTASTIC NES version of the theme!
@Mario no. 8 bit can mean many different things, the NES was an 8bit console but so was the ZX Spectrum and they sound nothing alike.
Capcom knocked it out of the park with this! The game itself is absolutely phenomenal as well!!

Disney and Capcom did a really great job recreating the DuckTales logo with only 8-bit pixels for their game for the NES. Does anyone agree?
I loved Ducktales on NES as a kid. I still think it’s in the Top 5, maybe 10 titles.

The version from the original show

And the version from the 2017 reboot

Indeed, Capcom did develop and release both titles/franchises. As for the composers:
Hiroshige Tonomura (Duck Tales)
Manami Matsumae (MM1); Takashi "Ogeretsu-Kun" Tateishi (MM2); Harumi Fujita & Yasuaki "Bun-Bun" Fujita, no relation (MM3); Minae Fujii (MM4); Mari Yamaguchi (MM5 / Duck Tales 2, alongside Akihiro Akamatsu); Yuko Takehara (MM6).
