Its not the mic volume. Its where this person is standing. When you stand damn near on the stage, youre getting flooded with stage monitor and guitar cab noise. If you stand in the center of the venue, away from the stage, you can get a clear recording because youre directly in line with the soundmans mix.
its the mix dude. there are multiple videos of this same performance same song and everything from multiple people and its the same in every one with minor differences due to positioning like you mentioned. but overall every single video so far she's way quiet. its a bad sound person or a bad room.

I get much better sound by standing further back when recording. Huawei are able ro record all instruments and vocal balanced.
