Unfortunately, past year IB e-Assessment papers are not readily available online. The only way to receive them is through your school.

really dumb question, but you said all videos have subtitles, this obviously does not include the french/spanish/mandarin videos right? for the LA exams

Yes, this does not apply for second language exams.
