For an ankle length kimono, all you have to do is use a very long fabric that would get to your ankle
This is great I need a kimono for a trip to Tokyo. If I wanted a longer one how much fabric should I use
Thank you! You can use 3 yards of fabric and fold it lengthwise to get a full length kimono

Kimono was introduced to Japan by Korean monk as funeral clothing in plain tan material color which Japenise copied it to make it into their own clothing with coloring because they had none.
