Arrow is SUPER good. I got obsessed after the first episode :) It's kind of a different interpretation of Green arrow with his different behavior. But that is, I guess, all part of his origin story.

You should take your scratched Arkham City disc to your local video store, they sometimes have a disc repair machine and it's usually only a couple bucks per disc. I did that here recently and the disc worked perfect after
