Stir Fried Beef Noodle | How to Cook Beef Noodle

Hello everyone! Today, I cooked beef noodle for lunch. We have rice for lunch and dinner. Today, we had stir fried beef noodle lunch for a change. It can also served as breakfast. This dish is also a popular street food in Cambodia. You can find it everywhere, from traditional markets to malls, from the streets to school canteens and cafeterias. Steet food vendors can make it more tasty with a greater variety of ingredients. The needle is also common among countries in Southeast Asia, with different tastes catered to the locals. If you visit Cambodia, try it, especially those prepared by street food vendors. It really tastes local and authentic.
Stir fried beef noddle is also typical dish for ritual events, especially Chinese-related ones such as Qingming festival and Chinese New Year. It is not Khmer type of dish by origin. Qingming and Chinese New Year are celebrated widely in Cambodia. As a child, during Gingming season, I would go to the grave yard in my village and ate this fried noodle leftover at the graves. Those who came to the grave to offer food to their ancestors usually left some. I didn't know if they left it for ghosts whose descendants didn't come to offer food, but I was the one who took the food.
