    Someone once taught me the quote Embrace the suck he was a marine army police ma. Now a charge nurse ..and life gaurd instructor .. it changed my life my mind set.. also man was not made to be alone. being single for over 5 years has aged me so much faster due to not having support mental emotionally physically ,but im working on it.. if I didn't workout daily .. run .. stay busy .. listen to these pod cast 24/7 eat my protien whole food s supplements sleep well.. have ice cream get my sun I don't think I would get thru my days
