I remember when you had to cut the old pipe out and drain the pond, the dam was narrow and wouldn’t last! It was slippery on top of the dam, the one that was building it didn’t finish or something like that! When you finished the pond it was awesome looking and you put some rip rap on the opposite side of the dam so the water could drain into the pond but not wash it out! Yeah, you were using the new then 220 without a thumb! You were using the hitachi to clear some trees on one side! It looks great after all these years Chris!
Yeah, he almost pushed the 977 on. Watching two pros work together is such a treat, given all the clown shows out there like the Dirt Imperfect Circus.
@@tomrogers9467 wish i could tick the thumbs up more than once you my friend are spot on with all comments last one more so of late his channel is going down hill some what
@@wallbawden5511 I've given up watching him. After watching the precision that is Chris's work, D(im)P was never particularly good but now it's just a shambles 😳😬😟
Yeah, That pond did turn out really nice, I like the edge around that one !! You and Ol' Donny are like Bread n Butter !! lolol... You didn't even have the loader half way up there, before he was almost hooked back up !! lolol... He's moved those machines many, many times for you over the years !! Hell, you got most of that little job knocked out already, looks like your going to end up with quite a bit to get burned up !! But, you'll get it, no problem !! lolol... Great as always Chris !! Have a Great Evening Man, And, On too the Next !!
Another great video Chris and having Mr. Donnie in the video was a treat. The work you did here with the Hitachi was the first one of your videos that got me hooked on watching all of yours. Have a great day and another job well done.
Looks like a nice patch of sweet gum trees, kudzu, blackberries, poison oak & poison Ivy. Good that repeat customers keep your schedule full of bread & butter projects.
Always enjoy seeing all your equipment. Was great seeing this pond again, it's really looks good. Take care and I'll catch you in your next one.👍👍😎🙏❤️🇺🇲
Another awesome video Chris! Good seeing Mr. Donnie, I remember that place was wet and seeing how good it turned out, now the finishing touches gonna make it perfect now!
Weather forecasting sucks! We just got hammered by a bad thunderstorm. You might catch a bit of it. We weren't supposed to get hit till later in the week. Ouch! Squeaky tracks! 😉
Good to see older ponds you have done once again... just to see how well they came about after their completion to them filling up and greening out a bit! Don't remember the trees looking so big before though...
Nice to have a revisit here and it's become such an interesting project of fettling or tweaking. That's very satisfying to see. Looking forward to this one. Be well.😉
Only bad thing about clearing a woods then leaving trees out in the open, they never had to deal with the winds as they were always protected by other trees.
A new Day and a new Work. You load the Excavator and to let him to the new Project Drive. The new Project a Pond clearing and Trees to Root out on a Flank. A good Video a Interesting Talk and beginning this Projekt. The next Pond Rebuilding. 💪👍
So nice to ride w/ Mr Donnie again. Would he be willing to wear a lapel mic? Sure would help us hear his wisdom. Thank you for all of the cool content.
I assume that talcum powder dust gets in every moving part creates that squealing track, but any attempt to lubricate the tracks creates an abrasive goo that causes premature failure . Guess that's what ear plugs are for .
I got a jd excavator right now with really squeaky tracks , best thing to do is hit them with a fire hose that we use for dust control quick in the morning and then again after lunch and they don't make a peep. I also wear 3m worktunes bluetooth headphones they work amazing just put a radio station on my phone and listen away
When companies like Let’sDig and Donny’s trucking can establish a fair and honest business relationship, both parties benefit. It’s just hard to find good partners like that. Personally I’d love to ride along with that “Good ‘Ol Boy!”
Goody Gumdrops, Chris on a clearing and pond damn job is always a pleasure to watch series. I'll be waiting tomorrow to watch the next episode at the VA hospital up in Miami. Nice way to kill time. I've actually recruited some guys into subscribering tp Chris, Mike Letsdig18, Diesel Creek and some others. I even got one of my Nurses to recruit her husband once a few years ago. She thought it funny that he became a RUclipsr because of it.
I went back through Chris videos. I believe this video two years ago on 12 Aug 2020 *"Back At The Clearing And Pond Dam Repair Job"* was the fist job for his EC220 LD18old (used volvo). A month before that he had cleared part of that same site with his even older Hitachi excavator. ruclips.net/video/ggZHzXGH8U8/видео.html
Hey Chris !! Where's that pipe going that is laying on the dam ??? What takes you minutes to take down ---""OL"" Mother Nature can do in Seconds !!! Looking good for the pond for sure !!!!! 🙂🙃😉👀👀👍👍👍👍👍
I see that both Chris _AND_ DP are releasing 'equipment relocation' videos at the same time!!! Admittedly, DP probably CAPTURED his video content in a 'pre-covid' time frame, but it's still quite the coincidence!
The power in that machine never ceases to amaze me.
No kidding,, thanks for taking us with Donny. Thank you Donny for having us,,,, love your rig, you are both Top Notch…..

"You like that, huh?" I was thinking that at that exact moment. 🤣Donnie is dead nuts on the spot, hooking up before Chris even gets off the 953.

Dub the 963, "Squeaky"! 😁😜❤ Fun to see the "move" videos. Donnie is a champ! 👍👏✨😍
you and the truck driver seem to make a great team loading equipment.
THE awesome crunch when he grabs a tree and break it into,
Love Donnie’s rig, & that’s a very pretty pond😊
Mr Donny and LetsDig18 been doing this for a while - synchronised loading smooth. Pond remains looking good. Big trees be gone.
Mr Donny about had the neck hooked back up before you had the machine all the way on the trailer. Great looking truck!
Apreciated time with Mr Donny
Nice pretty pond and housing area. Thanks for the ride with Donny. He always has good stories.

That really did come out nice ! And everyone loves a video of Mr Donnie and that beautiful truck that you can tell he loves ! Take care Chris
Donne has got loading down to a science. :) I do not remember the pond being so open. Thank you and have a good day.
Always enjoy the B roll idea you take. Was a good ride along with Mr Donnie!! Good to see the pond job you did.
Good old Donnie, he Really Loves his Truck. ✅
To tell you the Truth, so does Everybody else too..!!! 😎👍👌🥳
Beautiful pond. You don’t waste any time. Will look much better when done. 😊😊😊

Enjoyed the journey video and loved the gentleman and his truck who moves your kit. Good that you can support such a nice man.
Thanks for video ride with Donne.
That was a nice ride out with Donnie, Chris It is a nice pond 👌👍🍺😊
Looks like a nice patch of sweet gum trees, kudzu, blackberries, poison oak & poison Ivy. Good that repeat customers keep your schedule full of bread & butter projects.
Thanks for the tag along video. That is one sweet truck Donny has got there, enjoyed the ride along.
Yes, liked that tree coming down the way you "made" it come down. Didn't have a chance. hahaha
Good to see the pond after you finish! Love that snap! crackle! Pop! Thanks for sharing.
Always enjoy seeing all your equipment. Was great seeing this pond again, it's really looks good. Take care and I'll catch you in your next one.👍👍😎🙏❤️🇺🇲
The pond does look very nice. It'll just look better in a few more videos!
Nicely done and yup the pond is beautiful too 👍😎🇺🇸NY
I'm sure enjoying watching you running your equipment. It's been many years since I was on a dozer.
That is a nice pond Perfect to fish on.
That pond did turn out so nice. Grass looks really nice. Im sure it will be even better when you get done with this phase. Very nice.
Another awesome video Chris! Good seeing Mr. Donnie, I remember that place was wet and seeing how good it turned out, now the finishing touches gonna make it perfect now!
That was so funny when you told Mr. Donny you were going to have to charge him a cleaning fee!😂
Love the crunching noises 😊😊
Loading and tieing down that track loader looked very quick, did you both drink from the same pot of coffee? The old pond looks good, holds water.
We all ❤ Donnie n’ his truck 😉
I don’t think you have to worry about running out of projects . Cause you do such a good job . I’m sure word travels
id say hell always be busy. We have a guy here thats like chris great operator , does a perfect job everytime and hes usually 18 mo out all the time
Weather forecasting sucks! We just got hammered by a bad thunderstorm. You might catch a bit of it. We weren't supposed to get hit till later in the week. Ouch! Squeaky tracks! 😉
A move and a clean up what a change around great video thanks Chris
Nice reflection in the pond!
Backing the truck up while the dozer is still moving. Yeah that is trust.
I remember you doing that pond. yes it looks very nice..
Thank u for video! Never tire of watching u operate different equipment. Be safe. God's blessings.
You should do more of the fast motion stuff. I love it.
Pond looks super nice 💯💯
Good to see older ponds you have done once again... just to see how well they came about after their completion to them filling up and greening out a bit! Don't remember the trees looking so big before though...

We getting storms ever other day. Just enough to slide down a hill in the morning
I don't think the Bealies will be too happy that you have deserted them. But this is just a nice little job for you. Greetings from Australia
Donny sure has a nice truck bro, turned out a great video too. Safe travels. Ken.
This job was the first set of videos of yours that I watched. Nice to see it all green and looking nice.
Thanks for sharing Chris! 👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Do you know what i like about you the most. You always give them the most for their money by working so fast
You went right to town on those big poplar trees, nice to have a big machine.
A little fire? … doubt it ❤❤❤
Wow, get Chris into the old 220 and he is fast and smooth. It's just impressive to watch how "in tune" he is with this machine.
you're lucky you are able to burn that brush ! most states you have to bury or chip it all
Job well done 👍🏻
Donnie has the authentic NC accent .
Nice pond really looks like its been there forever
Ho yes I Remember this place wen you bouth the 220 Volvo , it had around 3500 hrs on it .
For as many clearing jobs you may want to think of a removable window cage to protect the windshield you have broken so many times
Enjoyed watching the video Chris 😊
Dunny quote: where you don’t see no smoke there no power!!😅
Nice work Chris, thanks for sharing.
I assume that talcum powder dust gets in every moving part creates that squealing track, but any attempt to lubricate the tracks creates an abrasive goo that causes premature failure . Guess that's what ear plugs are for .
Lubrication does nothing anyway

Curious as to how much pressure / lbs force comes down to the bucket when severing a tree trunk?
A nice new job to do today no mud
That is a beautiful truck. I bet you are first in line to take that rig off his hands when he decides to retire!
Chris: I'm gonna light a small fire right there..................., and it was until it wasn't
That truly is a big rigger...hammered down...I was nervous 😓..lol
Mr. Donnie wastes no time, hooked up before Chris is out of 953. 👍👌
You are always in Beast Mode when you operate!
You could make some extra money being a Heavy Equipment Operator instructor. You're a natural.
When companies like Let’sDig and Donny’s trucking can establish a fair and honest business relationship, both parties benefit. It’s just hard to find good partners like that. Personally I’d love to ride along with that “Good ‘Ol Boy!”
Show us how you start the fire. I stack tree tops up with the excavator and fight it for an hour or two to get the fire going.
You guys live in a nice part of the USA.
I just bought a D6D....now i have two 6 and a 8k
Donnies truck is the cats meow.

When you go back to a project like this where you did work originally, you should put a link to original video in your description!

Great video as always.kudos 👍👍👍😎😎😎
Morning from Australia it winter here and very cold weather is very foggy this morning 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤
Good afternoon from Central Kentucky. Very warm and under a tornado watch. Have a blessed week.
I watched a little of the womens world cup and saw that everyone was wearing winter clothing.
Hey Chris !! Where's that pipe going that is laying on the dam ??? What takes you minutes to take down ---""OL"" Mother Nature can do in Seconds !!! Looking good for the pond for sure !!!!! 🙂🙃😉👀👀👍👍👍👍👍
Gotta love riding shotgun in a Big Rig ❤
Nice road
Amazeing how i can sit here n get so much pleasure outta watchin you operate that machine~!
thank you my friend...
If that's the pond job that was low-balled at a third less to do, yet ended up at half the job done, the grass makes it look unrecognisable :-)
I know a guy with a dragline that can clean that pond out.
I remember how happy you were when it showed up that day. Did you have any idea you would be where you are now when you got the first 220?
Nice going, Chris
I thought something was wrong at first because Donny was running to the back of the trailer...before I realized you had the video on fast speed. :)
What are the advantages and disadvantages of having your drive gear level with the tracks and having the gear above the tracks?
Thanks
I love that guys truck
