So glad you guys made the decision to go there. What a beautiful spot. The beauty on the mountain top brought tears to my eyes. Thanks for letting me live vicariously through your adventures.
We're so glad we went! The altitude definitely made it difficult to focus on filming, but I'm glad we were able to capture the beauty even a little bit! Thanks for watching :)
Just discovered your channel, loving your footage! We’re currently travelling Mexico but had a blast in Peru a few years ago. Thanks for bringing back the memories!
beautiful persons, great channel xD they r so cute xahahaha is like a norway god with a greek goddess hahaha the perfect couple (sorry 4 my bad english)
Beautiful!! The alpacas are incredible, and those views without anyone there are so worth it. Idk...if we could get up that early...But with a view like that!?! Thanks for inspiring us to start our RUclips!
It was definitely worth the early morning for the views with no one around!! Glad you guys are starting a RUclips channel. It’s a lot of work but a lot of fun :)
Enjoyed seeing those painted mountains and seeing those incredible rock formations! Thanks for showing us that beautiful scenery at 5,000 meters of altitude!👍👍👍
You make everything look so fun, video credit for those amazing shots , many congrats and thanks for sharing guys Love alpacas and they just curious animal . New subscribers from fizah & Roman 😊
Thank you both for sharing such colorful mountains . They are magnificent ! You did the tedious hiking and I enjoy your expert footages in my comfortable cool home in Montreal. All what I can do is saying a prayer for both of you “ Good Health ! Good Happinesses ! Good Wealth ! 福祿壽! This is the Chinese Blessings! “ from an 89 old happy Chinese .
Like peruvian, I"m very proud that people from 5 continents arrive to my country, the surroundings of Vinincunca seems like a landscape of Peter Jackson films and so many colours seems like a picture of Van Gogh
So beautiful!! I’m going to Peru this summer and I would love to go here? I’ll be coming in from Cusco, how did you guys get over to the mountains? Is there a bus, taxi?
That area is so beautiful. And yes tons of people would have spoiled the whole ambience. I guess it was too high an altitude for the drone? Another beautiful video. Thanks for sharing 😊
Perú Is big. Lots of things to see and do. Archeological Aires, nature, jungle, desert, oasis, rainbow mountains, Machu Picchu, Nazca lies, Caral, Kuelap, Candarave. Etc.
So we spent nearly four weeks in Peru and I'm going to be honest, it didn't really blow us away as we had these really lofty expectations of mythical Peru but you're videos so far really want to make us revisit! Especially to the less visited Rainbow mountain, we went to the main site and it was packed and the altitude was a struggle! 5,300 metres, who needs that!? Plus, Umair is a huge fan of Lomo Soltado, what an invention! Looking forward to the rest of the series.
Peru is honestly very different than we expected as well. But we’re hoping we can show people there very beautiful places to visit and ways to avoid the crowds :)
The Rainbow mountains were one of our favorite places in Peru. The hike to the Stone Forest was great. I wished you guys made it up there you would have loved it, next time 🥰 The Alpacas 🦙 we’re adorable. While in Peru I was in Alpaca overload 😆 why didn’t you guys fly the drone there? We got some awesome drone footage there. Omg did you leave the drone at the stay 😳?
It was so beautiful!! We were on day 3 in Cusco and the altitude was absolutely killing us. We didn’t feel very well even on this hike. The drone we have has a limit of 3000 meters and Palccoyo is at 5000m! We tried to take it off but it was not having it. Figured we would cut our losses and fly it at our lower altitude destinations 🙂 thanks for watching guys!!
Thank you so much for this video ! I was so sad because my agency told me we can’t go to the 7 colors mountain due to some problems with the local people but they have offered this instead!!
Nothing health wise. We would recommend to stay in Cusco for at least 2-3 days to see how you react to altitude. If you’re not feeling sure, then wait another 2-3. Unfortunately we do not do well at altitude and it took us a full week to acclimate. This video was on day 3 and we felt terrible afterwards. But some people don’t have any issues at all!
We honestly can’t really speak to renting vs buying because we only ever did short term/monthly rentals in Ecuador and were never seriously looking at buying. We recommend joining Ecuador Expats because that question is asked frequently and people have very helpful answers :)
Hi, Im a fan of your vids from Philippines and we’ll be traveling Pero in few months. I just wanna ask about the Car u used going to Palccoyo? Did you rent a taxi for the whole trip? How much? Ty
Hey! We did it with a tour guide so transportation was included (the tour is linked in the description). We recommend doing a tour because it’s quite a drive from Cusco and the tours usually include lunch and breakfast!
Hello Thank you so much for this great video! I just want to ask of you have done this on DIY? Also, if you can share to us the itinerary that would ve wonderul. Rainbow mountain is closed at the moment due to disputes between local govt and the indigenous communities there so I am delighted that there seems to be an less difficult alternative (hike-wise).
Suri and Huacaya both are Alpacas. But there is another kind of animal who has the finest wool in the World. VICUÑA . . . A sweter made out of vicuña wool, could cost several thousands of dollars . Usually sell in high class shopping center as Milan or so
Yes we saw vicuñas here actually…. But they were too far away on the mountain to capture footage! We saw them closer up in Ecuador as well. Such cute animals :)
Spanish definitely helps but wouldn’t say it’s necessary for Peru, especially if you’re going to more touristy areas. Make sure to download a translation app though.
Canada has some pretty beautiful mountains too 😉😉 But our favourite thing about mountains is there’s so many different types wherever you go in the world!!
@@EricandSarah no rainbow or archaeological mountains in Canada. Alpamayo was selected as the most beautiful mountains in the world some time ago and huascaran is a world heritage site. We also have the gigantic flat mountain Marcahuasi, gigantic dunes, etc

Oh too bad! But hope you love this one!! The hike is easier and the mountains are so beautiful! Enjoy!
May I ask when you visited there? Hong long is the hike, elevation? how much time did it take you to the spot?
That was great..! Great videos and thanks so much
for visiting my country. Now I follow you guys.
Cheers..! From Cusco.
So glad you enjoyed it!
Amazing place……very nice video…
Thank you! 😊
great video guys!
How long of a trek did it take to reach the colored mountains? Time? What was the elevation?
Hey, have you done the hike by your own or with a tour? :)
And if you did it with a tour, which company was it and what did you pay?
We did it with a tour guide (linked in the description). It’s very far to get to so it would be quite difficult without a guide/bus tour.
This is awesome. Did you guys have to go with a tour?
Want to go next year but the big one . Do u need to do some health wise altitudes thing ?

How did you get there from Cusco?
We are going to visit Ecuador in Dec-Jan 2022. In your own opinion is it advisable to rent first rather than buying a property?

How did you get there ??
Would it be possible to ride a mtn bike on the trails, if you could get one there? It looks very doable.
Nothing in the whole world like Peru

Hey guys you didn't go to Machu Picchu? ...Amazing video !! It looks like another planet.
That video is coming out next!!
Which tour is this?
Did you guys use an agency or just took a bus/taxi there?
On a tour. Explained in the description 🙂
Look carefully, you can find the same tour to the same mountain for 25USD. Buy in Cusco, do a little research and save a lot
Hi. Can you please tell me more about the 25usd tour of this mountain. Like, where exactly in Cusco to buy it and which company.
Thank you.

Do you think I need to learn Spanish to be able to travel around South American countries? Peru is on my list :)

Rainbow mountains, are these photos are real with no any effect?
