They are about the same, imo riddle should pull ahead by the tiniest bit in a vacuum. It all also depends on the phase timings. I personally have almost always played riddle cause the opening rotation is a bit more flexible to play around with resets from chaotic interruption. Riddle and SD have both different timings for F2 usage, so the end dps in an encounter usually depends on the time the boss dies at A lot of encounters where you could play Mirage in this game require you to be SD due to having shorter phases as well So I generally recommend people to pick up SD if they are gonna be only learning one rotation, because it allows them to use the build in more encounters. Both builds do about equal damage in a one phase fight that doesnt end within 20 seconds, and you will generally be higher dps on the build that you know better. If you know both builds equally, both builds do different amount of damage at different timings, so it will depend on total length of the boss. Hope that helps! SD uses f2 off cooldown Riddle uses f2 together with ether signet So SD ends up using f2 more frequently and the timings will be very misaligned compared to each other
i can hear nika saying "who dazed the golem" in my head
