"This can all be over in a flash" is a very important line. Elvis legitimately believed at the beginning of his career it might all end at any moment and he would be back to driving trucks
Austin Butler is playing Elvis and he sings himself in the film.He put his heart and soul out on the line and showed his everything to potray the King❤
I’m going to be 40 soon and no one will remember me…..here we are nearly 45 years after his death . No one will forget Elvis . Austin Butler plays Elvis
This movie took 3 years to complete. In a TV interview Priscilla and Lisa Marie picked him out to play Elvis. It’s Elvis’s voice dubbed over during the singing the singing segments.
During the young Elvis songs, it was only Austin singing, because the quality of the audio wasn't prepared for a theater i think. With older Elvis scenes, it was Austin and Elvis voices blended together.
Actually is is both of their voices in the later years in the movie. Mr. Baz talks about it. It's a very good movie and Austin Butler is phenomenal in it.
Love it! Wow.. Up for an Oscar for sure.. Thanks for Sharing.. I love that the guy doesn't try to imitate Elvis.. Even the tribute artists fail at it.. This guy is interpreting Elvis and I think he nailed it... As close as I've ever seen anyone do that..
Elvis love all people of All color DID not matter to HIM God MAKING ELVIS PRESLEY forever young long live the king He will never be forgotten 2022 people like you keep him update for new fans around world 💘💘🇧🇲🇧🇲🇧🇲

If you want to know about Elvis’s childhood check out this interview Baz did for first hand source material. Sam Bell Elvis’s neighbor and childhood best friend in Tupelo. Sam passed last year at 85. Hope he met up with his buddy on the other side. m.ruclips.net/video/LrFCyNMvZWk/видео.html

@@MotorDroid Uma would be easy! Get her daughter and actress Maya Hawke. As for Sandy, my choice would be Kiernan Shipka but theres a plethora of great actresses that could pull it off.
Austin Butler plays Elvis Presley I will be 40 soon and nobody will remember me !!! Could he have been more wrong, 45 years after his death he is bigger then ever...
Beating a dead horse! Movie looks good, especially anything with Tom Hanks, but Missing from this was anything to do with his other great influences beyond R&B. They continually snub the Country, Bluegrass, & Pop Ballad influences on elvis, and how he fused it all together with the blues.
This film is going to be amazing!!!! Austin Butler plays Elvis. Jeff said Elvis sucks, he sucks. Let's see if anyone remembers him after 45 years. You always get one idiot. You other guys seem great tho, great channel. Thanks guys except for Jeff 😂 😂 😂
I just really wonder how much they're going to address the fact that Elvis did kind of steal Rock. It seems like they do address it but I'm curious to how much and in what way they address it.
So, did Eminem steal from Rap? And Ray Charles, did he steal from C&W? "Once something is exposed, anyone can add or subtract from it." - B.B. King. Do yourself the favor of watching "Elvis and the Black Community."
There is always a narrow minded person who would mention this damn line he stole Rock n Roll. How can you steal music. he grew up in the black community, he grew up listening to blues, rockabilly, country. he came up with a music style of his own. No one can duplicate him todate. All the well known groups n artist came later, said he was their inspiration. Do your research please before you make these sort of comments. Ignorance is a fool, knowledge is learning. R.I.P. Sir EP. without you the white mass would had won, and we would had never been able to listen to great variety of music. would have died off and we are left with How much is that doggie in the window etc. Sir EP the Icon, the Legend and the G.O.A.T.

This movie is still my favorite of the year!

So right!!
Elvis was afraid he wouldn't be remembered? Yeah he kinda got that wrong.
Agreed I think he knew he was a legend!
He actually famously said that quote to a background singer backstage.
Finally, a movie that examines the man, without making him look like a buffoon.
AGREEEEEED!
This movie took 3 years to complete. In a TV interview Priscilla and Lisa Marie picked him out to play Elvis. It’s Elvis’s voice dubbed over during the singing the singing segments.
Amazing!!! Thank you
Actually Baz said Austin is doing majority of singing later years real Elvis sing more
But the voice is all Austin except some older year songs
@@MotorDroid all the interviews with AUSTIN and BAZ! BAZ has stated it was all AB voice in the 50 and 60s but blended ELVIS with Austin's in the 70s
During the young Elvis songs, it was only Austin singing, because the quality of the audio wasn't prepared for a theater i think. With older Elvis scenes, it was Austin and Elvis voices blended together.
Bugdet 200 million dollars, Butler and Hanks, and directed by Baz Luhrman, this will be epic !!!
Can’t wait!!!!
On the 50s songs (early Elvis) it will be Austin Butler's singing voice you hear, but from the 60s onwards it will be Elvis' voice.
That is super interesting!
Actually is is both of their voices in the later years in the movie. Mr. Baz talks about it. It's a very good movie and Austin Butler is phenomenal in it.
Austin Butler is playing Elvis. He played Tex in "Once Upon A Time in Hollywood". I am so excited about this film. Hope it is good.

Oh, its a fact is it ? Good luck proving that one. How do you steal from a culture you grew up in ?
Creciste con esa musica y cultura, y después te dejaste llevar......de que robo hablas insensato.
