What is meant by Tissue culture? And what is the difference between Tissue culture plants and plants grown up with the help of "kanda" Which one is better?

TC means multiplying plants from its tissues in the laboratory. It is like test tube baby. It is disease free and can be multiplied in large number in short time and all plants are similar in characteristics. However, if you have sufficient number of disease free kanda or sucker you can use. TC plants are not superior.
