Very poor service , even a three star hotel provide much better service, also the facilities which is showing the tubers videos are not the same once you go there. As a example korean and italian restaurants are not allowed. They are saying it is house full it required advanced bookings, but what we observed is hardly 2-3 foreign families were there. Staff is just bullshitting to avoid sri lankans to get in to those restaurants.
I dnt knw what kind of deal they are having with you tubers but actuallly very poor service for sri lankans. Even as toiletries you will recieve only two pieces of cheap quality soaps, for proper toiletries you have to call the front desk for several times.
